澎湖縣國小教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與活躍老化學習需求之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討澎湖縣國民小學教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與活躍老化學習需求之關係。為達研究目的,以文獻理論為基礎,自編及修訂「澎湖縣國小教師老化態度、活躍老化學習認知與活躍老化學習需求調查問卷」,對澎湖縣國小教師進行問卷調查,發出問卷472份,回收410份,有效問卷379份,有效問卷回收率為80%。經統計分析,歸納研究發現,獲得以下八點結論: 一、澎湖縣國小教師具有中上程度的老化態度,各層面中以「老化認知」層面的表現最佳,以「老化情感」層面的表現略差。 二、澎湖縣國小教師的活躍老化學習認知達中上程度,各層面中以「生活安全認知」與「運動保健認知」的重要性較高,「貢獻服務認知」的重要性最低。 三、澎湖縣國小教師的活躍老化學習需求達中上程度,各層面中以「生活安全需求」與「運動保健需求」的需求較高,「心靈成長需求」、「人際交往需求」與「貢獻服務需求」的需求略低。 四、在老化態度整體與各層面中,僅「性別」對「老化情感」分層面有影響,男性在此分層面顯著高於女性。 五、在活躍老化學習認知整體與各層面中,女性在「活躍老化學習認知」整體層面、「生活安全認知」、「運動保健認知」與「貢獻服務認知」三分層面顯著高於男性;教育程度為「大專」者在「生活安全認知」分層面顯著高於「碩博士」者。 六、在活躍老化學習需求整體與各層面中,僅「性別」對「貢獻服務需求」分層面有影響,女性在此分層面顯著高於男性。 七、澎湖縣國小教師「老化態度」愈正向,其「活躍老化學習認知」及「活躍老化學習需求」也愈高,而「老化態度」對「活躍老化學習認知」及「活躍老化學習需求」有正向預測力。 八、澎湖縣國小教師「活躍老化學習認知」愈高,其「活躍老化學習需求」也愈高,而「活躍老化學習認知」對「活躍老化學習需求」有正向預測力。 最後根據以上結論提出建議,以作為教育行政機關、教師及未來研究者參考。

The purpose of the study is to discuss the relationship among attitudes toward ageing, learning cognitions of active ageing, and learning needs of active ageing of elementary school teachers in Penghu County. To achieve the purpose, we analyze relevant literature as the basis of the compilation questionnaire among attitudes toward ageing, learning cognitions of active ageing, and learning needs of active ageing of elementary school teachers in Penghu County. Questionnaire was the tool for data collection. Each of the 472 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 410 questionnaires were returned. Out of those, 80% was valid (379 out of 472). After the statistic analysis, conclusions were made from statistical results. The following are the summaries of the study: 1. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have positive “attitudes toward ageing.” Among the three perspectives, the highest level is “cognition toward ageing” and the lowest is “affection toward ageing.” 2. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have high cognition in active ageing learning subjects and they believe the subjects related to “life safety” and “sports health protection” are the most significant. 3. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have high needs of active ageing learning and they have higher needs of “life safety” as well as “sports health protection”. 4. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have positive “attitudes toward ageing.” Male teachers have better “affection toward ageing” than female ones. 5. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have high cognition in active ageing learning. Female teachers have better cognition on “entire subjests,” “life safety,” “sports health protection,” as well as “contribution to service” than male ones. Teachers with college degree have better cognition on “life safety” than those with Master's degree or above. 6. Elementary school teachers in Penghu have high needs of active ageing learning. Female teachers have higher needs of “contribution to service” than male ones. 7. “Learning cognition of active ageing” and “learning needs of active ageing” are correlated with and can be predicted by “attitudes toward ageing.” 8. “Learning needs in active ageing” is correlated with and can be predicted by “learning cognition of active ageing.” Finally, based on these results mentioned above, this research can offer some suggestions for the education authorities, elementary school teachers, and prospective researchers.
