嘉義縣國中教師工作壓力與因應策略關係之研究

摘要


嘉義縣國中教師工作壓力與因應策略關係之研究 指導教授:胡夢鯨博士 學生:鄭玄敏 摘要 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國民中學教師工作壓力與因應策略的現況以及分析兩者之間的關係,並根據研究結果提出建議,以作為學校單位及國民中學教師和後續研究之參考。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,首先進行文獻分析與相關研究探討,據以編製研究工具「國民中學教師工作壓力與因應策略之調查問卷」。本研究以嘉義縣國民中學教師為調查對象,發放問卷300份,有效樣本為284份,藉由SPSS 12中文視窗版軟體分別以描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe method事後比較、Pearson積差相關等方法,進行調查資料的統計分析。最後根據調查結果,歸納出本研究之研究結論。 依據資料分析之結果,本研究獲得之結論如下所示: 一、嘉義縣國民中學教師工作壓力度屬於中等程度,以「工作負荷」層面的壓力感 受最高。 二、嘉義縣國民中學教師壓力因應情況屬於中上程度,尤其以「理性分析」的因應 策略使用頻率最高。 三、未婚、一般大學或師範學院畢業、擔任導師職務的嘉義縣國中教師感受的工作 壓力較高。 四、年紀大、年資深的嘉義縣國中教師在壓力因應策略的使用頻率上比較高。男性 教師使用「情緒調適」的因應策略高於女性教師;女性教師使用「尋求支持」 的因應策略高於男性教師。 五、低壓力組的嘉義縣國中教師在因應策略的使用頻率上高於中、高壓力組的教師 。 六、嘉義縣國民中學教師工作壓力與具顯著負相關,表示教師工作壓力越低者,越 常採用壓力因應策略。 本研究針對上述研究結果,提出若干建議,以提供教育行政機關、學校教育單位及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:國民中學教師、工作壓力、壓力因應策略

A study of the relationship between junior high school teachers' job stress and their coping strategies in Chiayi County Advisor: Dr. Meng-Ching Hu Student:Shan- Min Cheng Abstract The purpose of the research is to explore the relationship between working stress and coping strategies of junior high school teachers in Chiayi County. Then suggestions are made according to the results of the study. The research adopts the investigation method of questionnaire. First, carries on the literature analysis and the correlation research discuss. Then according to the result of the document analysis, the researcher makes up the pilot questionnaire of teacher’s working stress and coping strategies . The research totally sends out 300 questionnaires, the valid samples 284 . Using “SPSS for Windows 12” to analyze the data: the reliability and validity analysis, the descriptive statistics difference with mean, standard deviation, percentage, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method and Pearson Correlation analysis. Finally some conclusions and suggestions were proposed. The research conclusion is as follows: 1.The working stress of junior high school teachers in Chaiyi County Reached medium level,and among them, the work burden is the highest part. 2. The average score of junior high school teacher’s coping strategies is above the average and among them,“to analyze sensibly” is most frequently adopted 3. Significant differences were found among Chaiyi County junior high school teachers’ working stress in terms of personal background for ,un-married , to graduate from university or college, homeroom teachers , the working stress felt tends to be higher. 4. Significant differences were found among Chaiyi County junior high school teachers’ t coping strategies in terms of personal background for the elder, with long working experience teachers, the coping strategies used tends to be more often. In the use of “to adjust one’s mood” , male teachers obriously adopt more than female teachers. In the use of “to seek for support”, female teachers obriously adopt more than male teachers. 5. Significant differences can be found among the teachers who experience various degrees of job stress. Low work stress group obviously adopt the coping ways more than middle and high work stress groups. 6. A negative relationship exist between working stress and coping strategies among Chaiyi County junior high school teachers. This research showed that teachers with lower working stress have comparatively more coping strategies Based on the research conclusions, the researcher has proposed constructive suggestions for education administrations, schools , teachers, community residents. Finally, concrete suggestions in terms of research scope, research method, and research subject will be proposed for future researches.
