由於伊朗一直是重要的交通要道與樞紐,地位是極為重要的心臟地帶。其地理位置處於連接中東、亞洲、歐洲之核心點,具有極為重要的戰略地位。所以伊朗不論是從能源戰略以及地緣政治上的角度而言,都具有相當的重要性,因伊朗之戰略資源迄今為止是受全球大國之重視。 伊朗在2002年伊朗在未告知國際原子能總署的狀況下,經美國衛星偵測發現後,疑似發現伊朗有興建製作核武器之工廠,瞬間伊朗之核武問題成為國際間關注的焦點。目前為止伊朗宣稱僅只發展核能,並無表示發展核武器之計畫。但美國與西方國家認為伊朗重啟濃縮鈾之提煉計畫,並不僅止於發展核能,則發展核武器之可能性大為增加,因此伊朗的核武問題之危機急速升高。 所以本文首先描述導致伊朗是否有發展核武與發展核武的重要因素為何?再以探討伊朗發展核武的現況來做研究問題之一。而伊朗發展核武的阻力為何,亦作其一探討問題,本文最終的研究問題是筆者在此面向將延伸出伊朗在研發核武上的助力與阻力做一比較。
Being one of the world's oldest civilizations, Iran is geopolitical importance for the most countries of the world. As a matter of fact, Iran is the world's third largest oil reserves country and its geographical location makes it able to blockade the Hormuz strait, a bottleneck on the world's most important oil sea route. Iran is also the direct heir of the great Persian Empire and of its secular cultural influence on the neighboring regions. Since the existence of sites at Natanz and Arak is confirmed by satellite photographs shown on US television in 2002. Iran’s nuclear program has caused for alarm in Western countries. Iran official claims that the nuclear program is for civilian purpose. However, the US accuses Tehran of “across-the-board pursuit of weapons of mass destruction”. The thesis put its focus on the nuclear issue of Iran and explains the positive and negative effects to both Iran and the world.
