本研究以質性研究方法探討已婚國小女教師在進修期間,扮演家庭婦女、教師及研究所學生間的角色衝突及於研究所內產生的角色衝突, 並探討已婚國小女教師面臨衝突時採用的因應策略。 研究者透過半結構式訪談蒐集資料,受訪對象為五位不同背景之已婚國小在研究所進修女教師,將獲得的資料轉成逐字稿,進行編碼及查核工作, 並以研究對象提供之文件作為輔助,歸納出主要概念後,有以下的發現: 一、扮演家庭婦女與研究所學生的角色衝突有: 疏於家人、家務、家庭活動以及經濟負擔重,甚至影響生育計畫; 已婚育有子女的在職進修女教師在家庭與研究所間的角色衝突重於已婚但未育有子女的在職進修女教師。 研究對象以「協商後調適策略」及「順從策略」因應為主。 二、身為家庭婦女與教師主要的角色衝突是無法兼顧工作與家庭事務,以「順從策略」因應為主。 三、在職進修女教師在工作與研究所學生間的角色衝突為: 無法專心工作或專一唸書、課程安排缺乏彈性、工作場域同事的為難,任教小校的進修教師其工作負擔大於服務大校的教師。 以「自我中心策略」及「順從策略」為主要因應策略。 四、在研究所內學生角色的衝突主要有: 課業負擔、課程內容、論文壓力以及師生的互動難以拿捏。 主要以「自我中心策略」、「尋求支援策略」,及「順從策略」因應。 五、角色發生衝突時,「退縮策略」較少被使用。 本研究最後針對研究目的與研究結果,對在職進修女教師、進修教師任教學校以及對未來的研究提出建議。
My thesis use the qualitative methods as my approach and aims to discuss the role conflict of elementary school married female teachers encountered during in-service education,wherein the conflict includes the conflict between her family, working and studying in graduate school.Besides, I also explore the way how those married female teachers deal with those conflict. The Researcher through semi-structured interview to collect the data from the five respondents with different backgrounds married elementary school female teachers taking in-service education.The information got in the interviews is recorded word by word and coded.After combing those information with respondent-provided document, I can induce the main concepts and have the following important findings: I.The main role conflict between housewives and graduate student: Role conflict between family and studing, including the neglect of family, housework and recreation, etc. Those married with children of female elementary school teacher encounter this kind of conflict more often than married female elementary school teacher who do not have children. The coping strategy of the role conflict between family and studying are “strategy of adjusting after negotiation” and “ strategy of obedience.” II.The main role conflict between housewives and elementary school teacher: The respondent can’t have balance on job and home. The role conflict between housewife and elementary school teacher is lower than other role conflict. The coping strategy of the role conflict between housewife and elementary school teacher is “ strategy of obedience.” III.The main role conflict between elementary school teacher and graduate student include: The respondent can’t concentrate on work or study, lack of flexibility in the curriculum and field work colleagues embarrassed. In addition, the workload in a small school is greater than the big school. The coping strategy of the role conflict between elementary school teacher and graduate student are “strategy of self-centeredness” and “ strategy of obedience.” IV.The main role conflict of graduate student include academic burden, course content, thesis pressures and difficult to control the interaction between professor and student. The coping strategy of the role conflict of graduate student are “strategy of self-centeredness” ,“ strategy of seeking support.”and “ strategy of obedience.” V.The role conflict is reduced use the strategy of withdrawal . In the last part of the thesis, according to the research purposes and results, I also set forth my suggestion for the further research in the future for the in-service education and school.
