本研究旨在探討學生知覺班級氣氛與其關係霸凌被害之間的關係。本研究以嘉義縣國中小學生為研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣方式抽樣,回收有效樣本共847名學生。研究工具為「校園生活問卷」與「班級氣氛調查問卷」,所得資料採用T檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson’s積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法處理。研究結果如下:(一)多數學生知覺班級氣氛良好。(二)校園關係霸凌被害情形並不普遍,但少數學生經常遭受到關係霸凌的危害。(三)國一與小六學生知覺班級氣氛程度較佳;女導師的學生知覺班級氣氛優於男導師的學生。(四)女學生關係霸凌被害情形高於男學生;國小學生則高於國中學生;國小五年級比國中一、二年級學生更容易遭受關係霸凌被害。(五)學生知覺班級氣氛越佳,其關係霸凌被害情況越少。(六)學生知覺班級氣氛能預測關係霸凌被害情形。最後根據研究結果,對教師、學校行政人員與未來研究提供具體建議。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between student perceiving classroom climate and relational bullying victimization. Means of questionnaires was used and the subjects includes the students of the 5-8th grades. Layered random sampling technique was used in this research. 404 students of the 5-6th grades and 443 students of the 7-8th were taken as the samplings. There were 847 returned valid questionnaires. The research tools used in this study were “Questionnaire on School life” and “Questionnaire on classroom climate”. The returned questionnaires were statistically analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The classroom climate perceived by most 5-8th grade students was good. 2.School relational bullying victimization is uncommon, but few students were usually in relational bullying victimization. 3.The classroom climate perceived by the 6th and 7th grade students was better than that by the 5th and 8th students ; the classroom climate perceived by the students of female homeroom teacher was better than that of male homeroom teacher. 4.The occurrence rate of the relational bullying victimization of female students was higher than that of male students, and of elementary school students was higher than that of the junior high school students.The 5th grade students were easier in the relational bullying victimization than the 7th and 8th grade ones. 5.The better the student perceived classroom climate, the fewer the relational bullying victimization. 6.The student perceived classroom climate can forecast the relational bullying victimization.Finally, based on the conclusions, some suggestions for teachers, school administration staff and future study were proposed.
