社區休閒產業經營管理者經驗學習之研究-以新港鄉共和、板頭村為例

摘要


摘要 本研究探討嘉義縣新港鄉頂菜園鄉土館與板陶窯兩位經營者其在經營管理過程中其經驗學習歷程所獲得的知識與經驗以及遭遇到的問題與困難。研究目的有三:(一)探究社區休閒產業經營管理者在經營管理過程中其經驗學習歷程所獲得的知識與經驗。(二)探究社區休閒產業經營者其在經營管理社區休閒產業過程中所遭遇到的問題與困難。(三)根據研究發現進而提供給社區休閒產業相關業者在其經驗學習歷程與經營管理上一參考依據。 本研究結果如下: 一、兩位經營者經營休閒產業是基於對社區的關懷 二、兩位經營者經營休閒產業是以社區特色、發揚社區傳統文化為基礎 三、兩位經營者在經營過程中體悟到經營必須要有獨特的特色、創意及親切熱忱 的服務才能永續發展 四、兩位經營者回顧經驗帶給經營者的學習是心理層面、付諸實際參與行動、經 營管理思維、處事態度觀點的改變 五、兩位經營者經由觀察、省思與自身經驗,策劃出符合自己的經營管理方式 六、兩位經營者在經營管理上面臨的問題與困難有服務品質、人力資源管理、策 略聯盟、行銷議題等方面 七、兩位經營者經營管理的成長與經驗學習有密切的關係 建議 一、 對政府機關之建議 (一)開辦培訓相關傳統技藝研習,培養專業人才 (二)政府應鼓勵社區保存地方文化產業 (三)政府舉辦相關經營管理專長研習,提升管理者專業能力 (四)藉經營休閒產業,增加在地居民就業機會 二、對社區休閒產業經營管理者之建議 (一)結合農村文化活動,以增加知名度 (二)善用媒體及網路資源 (三)發掘人文歷史,開創議題故事 (四)提供導覽服務人員專業技能之訓練:外聘教師、到校上課、內部培訓 (五)擴大經營範圍,採「合作經營」與「策略聯盟」增加營運總額 三、對未來研究之建議 (一)擴充研究對象 (二)長時間的研究,可加入觀察研究法 關鍵詞:休閒產業、經驗學習、經營管理、頂菜園鄉土館、板陶窯

Summary This study mainly focus on the management experience and learning process of knowledge and experience while the two mangers gained in operating as well as problems and difficulties encountered in Chiayi County Ding-Tsai Garden Folk Museum and Ban-Tou Village . Three purposes in this study: (1) Explore the managers’ experience and knowledge which they gained during the learning process in leisure community industry. (2) Explore the managers’ problems and difficulties which they encountered while operating the leisure community business. (3) Provide a reference for leisure community industry relevant industry based on the findings of the two mangers’ experience and knowledge in their learning process. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The operating motivation in leisure community industry of two mangers is based on community care. 2. Two mangers’ operating is based on community-run leisure industry characteristics and also carries forward the traditional culture-based community. 3. Two mangers realized the business operations must have unique characteristics, creativity and cordial enthusiasm service to sustainable development. 4. The overview of two operators' learning experience brings to the psychological level, put into practice in action, management mind and attitude change perspective. 5. Through observation, reflection and their own experience, the two operators’ synergy the best way to meet their management methods. 6. Both two mangers face the same problems and difficulties of service quality, human resources management, policy of strategic alliances and marketing issues…etc in the operation and management. 7. The growth and management of two operators are closely related to the experience learning process. Suggestions: 1. The government agency's proposal (A) Establish traditional related skills, professionals training. (B) The Government should encourage the local cultural community preservation. (C) The Government should hold leisure community industry business management related expertise courses to enhance the manager’s competence. (D) Increase employment opportunities for local residents by operating leisure industry. 2. Suggestions to the leisure community industry managers (A) Combine with rural cultural activities to increase awareness of leisure community business. (B) Have good use of media and network resources. (C) Explore local cultural history, creating the story topic. (D) Provide professional skills of staff training for navigation servers. ex: Offer external teachers, schooling, internal trainings. (E) Expand business scope, adopt "co-operation" and "strategic alliance" to increase operation business sales. 3. Recommendations for future research (A) Extend the study objects.
