影響客製化ERP系統使用意向之因素研究

摘要

企業希望透過企業資源規劃系統（ERP）的導入提高資訊正確性、資料的整合度、將資源進行有效的整合與規劃，以擴大整體營運績效、降低企業營運成本、縮短作業流程。即使企業採用最佳化ERP系統，但因礙於公司內部作業流程、產業特性等不同，或多或少依舊須靠客製化來滿足企業所須，就依導入ERP系統時那些類型須客製化，而客
製化的程度又須多少、才能達到使用者最佳的使用意向，目前極少文獻針對ERP系統客製化的需求作深入探討。
本研究是依據科技接受模型（TAM）為基礎架構，加入客製化ERP系統、抗拒改變及教育訓練等變數、分析探討有哪些因素會影響使用者之使用態度及使用意向。以提供給未導入或正規劃導入ERP系統的企業作參考，該如何評估及推行客製化ERP系統才能提昇使用者的使用意向，進而達到系統導入成功獲得該有的效益。
本研究是採用問卷調查方式取得實證資料，問卷發放對象為客製化ERP系統之使用者，實際有效問卷共284份，利用SPSS18.0及AMOS18.0為統計分析工具，本研究之研究目的與分析結果如下：
1. ERP系統分別依三個構面（資料面、流程面、使用者介面）客製化對使用者使用態度及使用意向有正向顯
著影響。
2. 深入瞭解企業作業流程及使用者習性後，配合該企業及使用者之特性而進行客製化ERP系統，確實可降低人
員對系統抗拒改變的程度。
3. 提高ERP系統客製化的程度對使用者接受的教育訓練效果成正向關係，進而對使用者使用態度及使用意向亦
有正向顯著影響。

Many companies have proceeded to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
systems to upgrade their capability to generate and communicate timely and accurate
information. Therefore, they can drastically lower total costs in the entire supply chain,shorten throughput times, reduce inventories, improve quality, and efficiently coordinatedemand, supply, and production.
However, even the best ERP packages do not meet all functional needs of every employeebecause of different industry characteristics and operation procedures. Thus, ERP should becustomized to fill a company’s own needs.
This study focuses on the factors influencing employees’ intention to use customized ERPsystems. A research model was developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)to examine the factors. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 284 valid responses were collected for further analyses. The results were as follows:
1. Resistance to change had a positive impact on ERP customization.
2. ERP customization had positive impacts on training effectiveness, perceived
usefulness, and perceived ease of use of customized ERP systems.
3. Training effectiveness had a positive impact on perceived ease of use.
4. Perceived ease of use had a positive impact on perceived usefulness.
5. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had positive impacts on the
attitude toward using customized ERP systems.
6. Perceived usefulness and attitude had positive impacts on the intention to use
customized ERP systems.
