Smart TV Manipulated by Phone or Tablet and Its Internet Phone

摘要

在現今網路越來越發達的年代，人們從工作到娛樂，越來越依賴網路，網路在人們的生活中占有舉足輕重的地位。Google為了搶搭上這股潮流，與Sony、Logitech、Intel合作，推出了以Android作業系統為基礎的智慧型網路電視──Google TV。至此，Google正式涉足智慧型網路電視市場。
Google TV的作業系統是繼承自Android，但電視機螢幕與手機、平板等螢幕差異甚大，因此Android的觸控螢幕操作方式，並不適用於Google TV之上。Google TV的預設操作方式，就如同一般的桌上型電腦，使用鍵盤與滑鼠來進行操作。也因為這嶄新的電視機操作方式，讓Google TV與一般用遙控器操作的電視機，有了決定性的差異。Google TV的使用者為了要操作Google TV，勢必要添購新的鍵盤滑鼠組，讓使用者產生了額外的開銷。除此之外，若滑鼠與鍵盤的連接線不夠長，則鍵盤與滑鼠僅能與電視機上盒與電視機放在一起，此舉將造成每次要控制Google TV時，必須移動至電視機旁邊才能進行轉台等操作。
欲改善上述操作問題，較普遍且較簡單的解決方法，為購入無線之鍵盤滑鼠供Google TV操作使用。本論文提出了新的Google TV控制方法：使用遠端遙控之Remote APP來遠端控制Google TV。本論文提出之方法，係使用目前越來越普及的智慧型手機或平板電腦，取代實體的鍵盤與滑鼠之裝置，達到相同的Google TV控制之目的。

Nowadays, people cannot live without internet. People work with internet, and also play with internet. Internet has become a most important thing in our life. Therefore, Google co-works with Sony, Logitech and Intel and releases the Android base internet TV, Google TV. Google starts their way for internet TV market, service and application.
The OS which Google TV used is Android. However, the screen size of TV is different from the screen size of a cell phone and the control method on the cell phone is not suitable for TV. The basic control method for manipulating Google TV is to use a keyboard and mouse. It is the same method as your PC. Those who want to manipulate the Google TV need to buy extra keyboard and mouse and make extra payment. By the way, if the link wire for keyboard and mouse is not long enough, the keyboard and mouse has to set near the TV. You have to move your way to TV when you want to manipulate your Google TV.
To solve this problem, the normal solution is buying the wireless keyboard and mouse for your Google TV. We have a new solution to bring forward: using the remote control APP to navigate the Google TV. This solution uses a smart phone or tablet which is readily available to manipulate the Google TV, thereby successfully replacing the keyboard and mouse.
