應用於智慧工廠監控之無線傳輸模組設計

摘要


本論文設計一項「無線感測模組」,此模組相對於市售產品具有低成本、尺寸小、高傳輸量之優勢,且便於放置於工廠或工具機之任意地點;可結合溫度、濕度、聲音、光敏電阻及加速度規等等感測器,且具有 Infrastructure mode 及 Ad-Hoc mode兩種模式可以選擇,兩種模式交互搭配使用即可視環境需求佈建於所需之地點,適合工廠這類複雜的環境使用。 在效能測試上,此無線感測模組應用於工具機之滾珠螺桿上可在 20 公尺範圍內傳送 1.2 Mbps 傳輸量之資料,用於 40 Hz 之溫度感測上最大可能擴展到 256 組不同來源之溫度感測訊號;用於 1.6 kHz 之加速度感測上可同時支援 9 組不同來源之加速度感測訊號。

A wireless data transmission module for intelligent manufacture monitoring was developed in this thesis. Comparing with current commercial products, this module has numerous competitive advantage including low cost, compact size and high data rate. It can be easily integrated with different functions of sensors, such as temperature, humidity, voice, light and vibration etc.The module provides both Infrastructure mode and Ad-Hoc mode, which can easily be adapted into complex environments. This module along with temperature and vibration sensors has been applied on ball screw machine for testing. The results show that it provides 1.2 Mbps data throughput rate up to 20-m transmitting range. This module can simultaneously support 256 different temperature signals with 40-Hz sampling rate or 9 different vibration signals with 1.6 kHz sampling rate.
