This research aims to examine users` satisfaction in using the Electronic Budget System, which can be the references for enterprises and the administrative departments in adjusting or fine tuning the system.This study refers to prior literature to takes system quality, information quality, service quality and the background of users as the independent variables, and defines the degrees of user satisfaction as the dependent variables. The survey targets should responsible at least one budget item which is related to organization, executions and analysis to make sure the survey targets are capable to complete the questionnaire. One hundred and eighty questionnaires were delivered in total, and the eighty five valid questionnaires are received. The result finds that system quality and service quality are significantly positively associated with user s` satisfaction, Owing to the analysis of the questionnaire, the entire degree of satisfaction is only slightly higher than “mild” but a bit far from “satisfied”. Therefore, the managers can improve system quality and service quality to increase the effectiveness of using Electronic Budget System.
