全民健保的實行大幅提升了民眾就醫的公平性,卻也面臨了醫療費用的急遽上漲。為了抑制此困境,在2010年宣佈將全面實行診斷關聯群(TW-DRGs)。 在此制度下,有些醫院為了獲取較高的給付金額,使用了一些不良的取巧行為;同時也有研究顯示,錯誤的編碼可能造成醫院財務的虧損。DRG資訊系統可以將病人的疾病診斷及相關處置訊息予以編碼並加以整合,藉以產生統計性分類資料。因此,如何使用適當的DRG資訊系統,提供正確與完整的編碼減少人為因素造成的錯誤,成了重要的關鍵。 本研究以台北某醫學中心的醫師作為研究對象,共發放200份問卷,有效問卷142份,研究結果顯示,資訊品質為最關鍵的因素,其次為系統品質與確認。故本研究建議,在開發DRG資訊系統或相似情境下的資訊系統,需優先考慮使用者所需,提供正確而有效的資訊,以提高使用者的滿意度與接受程度。
After the implementation of the NHI, dramatically improves fairness of public medical services, but face the pressure of rising health care costs. In order to solve this problem, in 2010 announced plans to full implementation of Diagnostic Related Groups (TW-DRGs). But in order to obtain a higher payment amount, hospitals are usually suspected of DRG creep. A number of studies have shown that lot of under-coding error, financial disadvantage to hospitals might be considerable. DRG information system can be the patient's disease diagnosis and disposal of message encoding and integration in order to produce the statistical classification of data. Therefore, how to use the appropriate DRG information system to provide accurate and complete coding to reduce errors caused by human factors, has become an important key. This study at a medical center for the study, issued a total of 200 questionnaires were valid questionnaires was 142, the results show that Information Quality is the most important fact, second, System Quality and Confirm. Therefore, research proposals, to build the DRG information system or other system in a similar situation, must give priority to the needs of users and provide accurate and effective information to improve satisfaction and acceptance of the user.
