在全球化趨勢的影響下,國際社會出現許多全球性議題,各國不得不加以關注,共同展開全球性行動,尋找解決問題的方案。本篇研究著眼於全球化與全球治理之理論與實踐,並以跨國公司全球企業公民作為個案之研究,並從非國家行為者-跨國公司治理的觀點切入,並探討公部門、私部門與第三部門三者間彼此互動關係與集體合作,以企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility:CSR)為核心概念,運用(3+1)i決策分析模式,開創另一種新的治理型態,邁向一個「好的全球治理」。
Since 1980’s, the concept of governance has increasingly been employed to describe policymaking in the national, regional, and global arenas. Definitions and uses of governance, however, are as varied as the issues and levels of analysis to which the concept is applied. In this article I explore whether the global governance of Multi-Corporations might be understood as a general phenomoenon and, if so, how it could be defined by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
