以價值網觀點探討企業轉型前後的策略差異--以群創光電為例

摘要


由於台日韓等國家在TFT-LCD產業持續激烈低價競爭,造成全球面板市場呈現嚴重供過於求的現象,當2008年金融海嘯來臨,導致嚴重的經濟不景氣,台灣的面板廠商開始意識到「競爭優勢」、「產業整合」才能獲得生存機會,最有名的例子即2010年群創光電一連合併了統寶光電與奇美電子,使產能站上全球第三大位,也重新改寫了產業裡的競合關係,想要使企業快速成長,最快速的方法就是併購策略,可以直接獲得「綜效」。 原本即為全球第四大面板廠的奇美電子一路走來即依靠本身的競爭策略,如供應商垂直整合、專注大尺寸面板、技術自主等策略,在面對被群創光電併購後的新態勢,對原本的競爭策略是否會因為併購所啟動的企業轉型而有所變化,本研究將藉由文獻的探討及個案資料的蒐集及價值網的分析方法,希望能瞭解企業在經歷併購前後的策略差異,而這樣的差異是否能提升企業的競爭優勢,創造經營綜效,為股東創造更大利益。

Taiwan panel makers are beginning to realize that the competitive advantage and industry integration to get a chance of survival.Most famous example of which is 2010 series of combines Innolux Displays, TPO Displays and CMO, Make the capacity becomes world's third-largest,and Also restructured industries competing in relation. Want to make the company's fast-growing, the most rapid method was mergers and acquisitions strategy, direct access to comprehensive efficiency. Is the world's fourth largest plant CMO along the Panel to rely on its own competitive strategy,For Example,Supplier of vertical integration,Focus on large size panel, Technology independent strategies.CMO face the new situation of mergers by Innolux display.On the competition strategy whether it's mergers in business transformation that starts to change. This study through literature study and methods of data collection and value network analysis.Would like to know about policy differences before and after the merger of enterprises going through. Whether such differences can enhance the competitive edge of enterprises, creating operating fully efficient, creating greater profits for stock holders
