企業購併對員工職場幸福感影響之研究-以I公司購併C公司為例

摘要


本研究主要探討企業購併過程中,原購併及被購併企業員工,在經歷不同企業文化後,對職場幸福感的知覺是否會改變;希望藉由I公司購併C公司案例,了解企業購併過程,對於員工職場幸福感之影響。本研以購併對職場幸福感影響的角度,採用質性訪談研究方法,探討購併對於員工職場幸福感所產生的影響;研究發現「薪資福利」構面為影響員工職場幸福感之首要因素,次之為「工作穩定」構面,「社會觀感」構面則影響幸福感最輕微,被購併企業員工在經歷不同企業文化後,職場幸福感明顯受到影響。

This study is to explore the different perception of workplace happiness of employees during and after the process of mergers and acquisitions between two high-tech companies. We hope to understand the impact of organizational culture on workplace happiness of employees in the case of merger between these two Companies . This study uses qualitative research methods to investigate the effect of mergers and acquisitions on the happiness of employees in the workplace. We find that “ wages and benefits “ is the primary factor of the happiness of employees at work. The secondary one is the factor of ”working stability” and “social perception “ is the most minor. Consequently, the employees experienced the difference of corporate cultures after being acquired, and the workplace happiness was significantly affected.
