本研究主要目的在探討工作價值觀、犬儒主義與家庭工作衝突對工作投入之影響,並以性別、任用方式為干擾變項,探討其對於工作價值觀、犬儒主義、家庭工作衝突與工作投入之干擾效果。以勞動部勞工保險局及勞動力發展署的員工為研究對象,採用發放問卷調查的方式,並且藉由描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析、信度分析、相關分析以及階層迴歸分析等方法檢驗研究假設,以瞭解變項間之關係與影響,並提出相關的結論與具體建議,作為相關單位管理者與後續研究者之參考依據。總發放問卷數為560份,回收問卷數為513份,回收率為91%、有效問卷數為486份,有效回收率為87%。經實證分析結果得知,顯示如下: 一、正向工作價值觀對工作投入具有顯著正向影響得到部分支持。 二、犬儒主義對工作投入具有顯著負向影響。 三、家庭工作衝突對工作投入不具有顯著影響。 四、性別對於工作價值觀、犬儒主義、家庭工作衝突對工作投入具有調節作用。 五、任用類別對於工作價值觀、犬儒主義、家庭工作衝突對工作投入具有調節作用。
The purpose of this research is to explore the factors which affect job involvement, the relations between work values, cynicism and family-work conflict by considering the different staff backgrounds and gender differences of the public sectors in Taiwan. According to the objects, we take Bereau of Labor Insurance and Workforce Development Agency as examples. The overall questionnaires are 560 from the public sectors, and the responses are 513. The effective responses are 486. Data are analyzed using CFA, reliable analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, analysis of variances(One-Way ANOVA), correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to investigate the relation with the constructs. Furthermore, this study also examines the effect of the moderating effect of job involvement that was also found to be significant. Research results are as follows: 1.There are positive effects on job involvement for work values. 2.There is a negatively effect on job involvement for Cynicism. 3.The effect of family-work conflict is not significant on job involvement. 4.Gender demographics moderated work values, cynicism, family-work conflict and job involvement. 5.Working status moderated work values, cynicism, family-work conflict and job involvement.
