醫院商業智慧系統成熟度對醫療決策品質之影響

摘要


目前透過醫療資訊系統所累積的資料量已經超出醫院可以處理的能力,因此醫院逐漸開始採用商業智慧系統來解決巨量資料的問題,幫助醫院決策者能萃取到正確、即時、有用的資訊改善決策品質。然而經由相關的文獻探討得知商業智慧系統的成熟度對資訊品質有正向影響,在醫療領域中卻沒有學者針對此方向作後續的探討。 本研究是以醫院商業智慧系統成熟度的觀點,探討其對醫療決策品質的影響,並透過調查法藉由問卷量表收集資料,針對醫院內有在使用商業智慧系統之臨床與行政決策者發放問卷,以驗證本研究之模式。研究結果發現醫院內決策者在使用商業智慧系統時,系統成熟度是否能真正幫助提升醫療決策品質,包括了醫療資訊品質和使用商業智慧的時間和頻率等,都是會影響醫療決策品質的重要因素,而醫院決策者使用商業智慧系統則是進一步影響到使用者滿意度。

The hospital couldn’t manipulate the huge amount of data produced by hospital information system (HIS) anymore, so they began to adopt business intelligence system to help decision maker getting right information and making right decision at the right time. However, through the literature reviews. we learned Business Intelligence System Maturity has positive impact on information quality. But there are very few scholars did research about it in healthcare sector. In this study, we explore the relationship between business intelligence system maturity and medical decision quality. Through literature reviews, we will construct a research model, and survey with questionnaires to validate the model. The results showed when decision maker who used business intelligence system, whether the system could enhance the medical decision quality or not( including the healthcare information quality and the time or frequency of using business intelligence system) are very important impact factors, and decision makers would use the system or not would further affect the whether satisfaction. And these factors also were important components of the assessment factors.
