探討知識轉移成功之影響因素-以醫師使用知識管理系統為例

摘要


知識轉移對於成功的知識管理相當重要,而且最後影響企業善用知識與增強競爭優勢的結果。由於醫療業間的競爭非常激烈,而且醫院內富有龐大的知識庫,所以研究影響知識轉移成功因素,以提高知識轉移成功的機會,就成為相當重要的課題。本研究以知識接收者的觀點來探討知識轉移成功之影響因素,研究對象是在醫院中有使用過知識管理系統進行知識轉移的醫師。由於知識轉移成功=知識傳遞成功+知識吸收成功,所以本研究模式包含知識傳遞成功與知識吸收成功等兩個構面。影響知識傳遞成功構面的變數,包含:醫院資訊科技特性中的資訊溝通科技基礎設備與資訊溝通科技工具;知識特性中的知識品質、可清楚表達性與來源可信度;醫師個人特性中的經驗、認知利益與電腦自我效能。而影響知識吸收成功構面的變數,則包含:醫師個人特性中的經驗、認知利益與電腦自我效能;醫院環境特性中的訓練、獎勵與高階主管支持等。 在資料蒐集的方面,本研究從台灣的5家醫學中心與區域醫院,總共回收了195份有效問卷。資料分析結果顯示,對於知識傳遞成功影響程度最大的因素是來源可信度與知識品質;對於知識吸收成功影響程度最大的因素是知識傳遞成功與經驗。最後,本研究提出學術上與實務上的建議,以提供利害關係人參考。

Knowledge transfer is critical to the successful knowledge management. It may finally affect the successful use of the knowledge and enhance the competitive advantage of an organization. Since the competition among the hospitals becomes fierce and knowledge base use becomes popular, understanding the influencing factors of knowledge transfer success becomes an important issue. This study aims to explore the knowledge transfer success factors from the physicians’ view. Due to knowledge transfer success = knowledge transmission success + knowledge absorption success, knowledge transmission and knowledge absorption dimensions are included in the research model. Knowledge transmission dimension includes ICT Infrastructure, ICT Tools, knowledge quality, knowledge articulation, source credibility, experience, perceived benefits, and computer self-efficacy. Knowledge absorption dimension includes experience, perceived benefits, computer self-efficacy, training, reward, and top management support. Finally, 195 effective responses were collected from 5 medical centers and regional hospitals in Taiwan. The results indicate that source credibility and knowledge quality mostly affect knowledge transmission success. Additionally, knowledge transmission success and experience mostly affect knowledge absorption success. Finally, academic and managerial implications from the findings are also provided.
