本研究應用Herzberg(1968,1987)所提出之雙因理論(Two-Factors Theory) ,分別以以個人、組織與系統三種層面來探討與資訊系統使用者滿意度的關聯性。經文獻探討,保健因子包括:系統易用性、系統適應與彈性、系統穩定性、人際關係、認同感、晉升、工作本身;激勵因子則包括:系統回應時間、功能有用性、系統完整性、成就同感、地位、個人成長與發展、薪資待遇、工作條件等共15個自變數。我們針對台灣地區北、中、南共18間已導入營建業資訊系統之建設公司做問卷調查,共回收211份有效問卷。 資料分析結果發現,保健因子之系統易用性、系統適應與彈性、系統穩定性;激勵因子之系統回應時間、成就感、地位、工作條件、薪資待遇、個人成長與發展等對於資訊系統使用者滿意度有顯著影響。最後,本研究提出學術上與實務上的建議,以提供利害關係人參考。
The study develops a research model based on Herzberg’s (1968,1987) Two-Factors theory to understand the factors influencing information systems user satisfaction in construction industry. Through literature review, fifteen independent variables were selected. Hygiene factors include ease of use, system adaptability , system stability, Interpersonal relationships, recognition promotion, work characteristics. Motivation factors include system response time, system usability, system completeness, achievement, status, possibility of growth, working conditions, salary. A survey of 18 firms in construction industry from northern, central and southern Taiwan was conducted. Finally, 211 valid responses were collected. The analytical results indicated that ease of use, system stability, system adaptability (Hygiene factors), system response time, status, working conditions, salary, achievement, and possibility of growth (Motivation factors) significantly affect information systems user satisfaction. Finally, academic and managerial implications from the findings are also provided.
