應用於風力發電系統之背對背轉換器研製

摘要


本論文旨在研製應用於風力系統之背對背轉換器,發電機輸出的三相電流經過交流/直流轉換器轉換成穩定的直流電源,透過回授編碼器的訊號、發電機輸出電流以及直流鏈電壓,來控制開關切換的狀態,進而調節發電機的輸出功率,接著再透過直流/交流轉換器併入市電網路中。實測中以輸出定電流、變轉速、DC bus穩壓以及最大功率追蹤來進行系統的驗證。為了瞭解交流/直流轉換器的整體效率,我們先計算電路上的元件損耗,綜合各項損耗以得到系統整體效率,最後再以實際量測來加以驗證其準確度。

In this thesis, a back-to-back converter applied to wind generation system was designed and implemented. The output three-phase current of the generator is connected to DC current through the AC-to-DC converter. The encoder signal, the output current of the generator and the DC link voltage will give the feedback to the microcontroller. After that, the microcontroller will give the right operation on switches to adjust the output power of the generator. The generator is connected to power grid through the DC-to-AC converter. The experimental results are verified by the output constant current test, the variable speed test, the DC bus voltage regulation test and the maximum power point tracking test. We calculate the power loss of components to determine the efficiency of AC-to-DC converter. And the results are verified by measuring the efficiency of the converter.
