本研究旨在探討「教保服務人員知覺幼兒園長轉型領導與情緒勞務相關之研究」。本研究主要採取問卷調查法,以嘉義縣市公、私立幼兒園教師為研究對象,研究工具為自編之「教保服務人員知覺幼兒園長轉型領導與情緒勞務相關之研究調查問卷」。發出正試問卷589份,有效問卷471份,回收率77.96%。最後問卷資料利用平均數、標準差統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差及多元迴歸分析相關等統計方法,進行統計考驗以獲得研究結果,歸納本研究結果,得到結論如下: 一、教保服務人員知覺幼兒園長轉型領導與情緒勞務有正相關。 二、園長轉型領導因教師教育程度、園所性質、園長年齡、園長教育程度之不同而有顯著差異。 三、教師情緒勞務因教師年齡、園所性質、園所規模、園長年齡、園長教育程度之不同而有顯著差異。 四、園長轉型領導與教師情緒勞務有顯著的相關性存在。 關鍵詞:轉型領導、情緒勞務、教保服務人員、幼兒園園長
The objective of this investigation is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership of preschool principals and emotional labor of preschool teachers. The sampling target is public and private preschool teachers in Chiayi county. The survey questionnaire is administered to collect the perception of preschool teachers. 589 teachers were sampled and 471 are valid for further analysis, with 77.96% recovery rate. The data were underwent different statistical analyses including averages, standard deviation, reliability analysis, T-test,one‐way ANOVA, Pearson productmoment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results are listed as the follows: Ⅰ. Transformational leadership of preschool principals and emotional labor of preschool teachers exhibited a positive relationship. Ⅱ. In terms of different background variables such as teachers in different levels of education, the nature of the kindergarten, the principal age, principal education levels, significant differences exist for transformational leaderships of preschool principals. Ⅲ. With respect to preschool teachers age, scale and location differences of the preschools, preschool principal age, professional background, significant differences exist for emotional labor of preschool teachers. Ⅳ.Significant correlation exists between transformational leaderships of preschool principals and emotional labor of preschool teachers.
