樂齡運動指導員培訓方案實施之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討樂齡運動指導員的培訓方案實施成效,從參訓學員中瞭解課程編排設計之滿意度及收穫;再者,從方案督導的觀點,瞭解本方案不足之處,藉由參訓學員及方案督導之角度,以作為未來培訓方案規劃上的依據。 本研究先由文獻探討歸納樂齡運動指導員的相關研究,再採用質性研究取向,以半結構式訪談四位樂齡運動指導員培訓課程的學員及兩位方案督導,以評估樂齡運動指導員培訓方案的實施成效。 本研究的結論如下: 一、樂齡運動指導員培訓方案之課程滿意度:參訓學員對於整體培訓方案滿意度以「滿意」為主。 二、樂齡運動指導員培訓方案之學習層面:在培訓方案中,基本原理與實務操作課程最有所收穫;在實習過程中,則以方案規劃的撰寫、修正指導方式及減少刻板印象之迷思。 三、樂齡運動指導員培訓方案之不足之處:培訓課程較少基本知能課程及不同對象之指導技能課程;訪視委員之人力較少,無法提供不同層面的建議。 四、樂齡運動指導員培訓方案之未來規劃建議:學員須具備多種能力,以期於實務現場作運用;培訓課程需分級規劃課程內容;培訓單位亦需建立證照的評核機制及對外的公信力。

This study was designed to investigate the effects of Elderly Exercise Instructors. We learned the satisfaction about curriculum design from trainees and the weakness of the program from the program supervisors’ views, and integrated both for future design of program planning. This was qualitative research. We adopted semi-structure interview visiting four trainees and two program supervisors, and then assessed the effect of the program of Elderly Exercise Instructors. After researching the program of Elderly Exercise Instructors , we found: 1. About satisfaction -The trainees were satisfied with Exercise Instructors Program. 2. About learning – Trainees learned more from the basic theorem and practices operating course in the training program. Trainees learned more from the written plan of the program, corrected the ways of guide and reduced the myth of stereotype in the internship. 3. The weakness of the program-There were less fundamental knowledge courses, and there were less courses for skills of guiding. Besides, there were few evaluators to collect different angels of opinions. 4. Suggestions for future planning- a. Trainees should have a variety of capabilities to carry out in field. b. The courses should distinguish to different levels. c. The units for training program should have credibility and establish mechanism for certificates.
