雙曲率與陣列式高分子金屬複合材料致動器之設計及應用

摘要


本篇論文主要在研究離子性高分子合金複合材料(IPMC)的製程與應用,透過元件的致動,製作兩種不同功能應用的組合型結構式IPMC元件。 第一種IPMC元件與聚二甲基矽氧烷(PDMS)結合之夾層結構致動器,中間層為PDMS當主體提供支撐與傳電、輸送藥水的功能,並且改良IPMC供電,新設計銅扣環使IPMC脫離夾具式供電,應用在生醫或工程領域上,例如:腸道內視鏡、微小管路探勘等及能輸送藥水至傷口處塗抹。第二種IPMC元件為陣列式於Nafion-117上生成Pt小電極,使用黃光製程銅遮罩來達成IPMC元件圖案化電極之效果,設置控制器來驅動25個單、雙條元件,使用最基本懸臂梁致動方式負載PDMS凸點,主要功能是讓手指能感受觸碰感覺,應用於盲人點字上,當作傳感器之使用。 為了驗證元件在生醫內視鏡之應用,在PDMS層貼上兩條銀電極作為傳電用,我們在元件頭端裝置0603-LED燈作為光源,進入彎曲仿腸道進行照明探勘;另一應用則是PDMS層設計槽道,放入PNIPAAM保水材料,從元件底部傳輸紅藥水至頭端棉花,進而入喉道模型內傷口進行清理及擦藥。

This paper is mainly study of Ion Polymer Metal Composites and application , and through the actuating element, making use of a combination of two different functions IPMC type of structure elements. The first element of a sandwich structure with IPMC PolyDimethylsiloxane Siloxane (PDMS) combined with the actuator, the middle layer of PDMS when the subject is to provide support and transfer of electricity, transport medicine capabilities, and improved IPMC power, the new design buckle ring out of the fixture so IPMC type power supply, used in biomedical or engineering fields, such as: the intestinal endoscopy, small pipeline transportation and energy exploration and other potions to smear the wound. The second element is an array generated IPMC small Pt electrode on Nafion-117, using a yellow mask manufacturing process to achieve the effect of copper elements patterned electrodes of IPMC, set the controller to drive the 25 single, double element, the most the basic way actuated cantilever load PDMS bump, the main function is to let your fingers can feel the sense of touch, used in braille, as the use of sensors. In order to verify the components in the application of biomedical endoscopy in PDMS layer affixed to two silver electrodes used as transmission power, we have the head-end device component 0603-LED lamp as the light source for illuminating the intestine into the bend imitation exploration; another application is designed to channel PDMS layer, into the water-retentive material PNIPAAM, red syrup from the component to the bottom of the transmission head-end cotton, thus choking channel model within the wound clean.
