本研究目的針對正副主官的領導風格進行探討,分析正副主官領導風格對部屬工作滿足與團隊工作績效的影響。本研究針對空軍基地運輸勤務部隊的同仁來進行探討,研究發現,正副主官搭配相同的民主式領導風格較搭配相同的威權式領導風格,對於部屬工作滿足有顯著的影響;而正副主官不同的領導風格,對於部屬工作滿足都未有顯著的影響。另外,正副主官搭配相同的民主式領導風格較搭配相同的威權式領導風格,對於團隊工作績效有顯著的影響,而正副主官不同的領導風格,對於團隊工作績效都未有顯著的影響。因此,對空軍基地運輸勤務部隊而言,較佳的領導方式為正副主官均為民主式領導風格。
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impacts of the combinative leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders on subordinates’ work satisfaction and team performance. The survey questionnaire, sent to members of transportation units at air force bases nationwide, explored their perceptions of leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders, their work satisfaction and perceptions of team performance. Research finding showed that there was no significant difference in work satisfaction among four combinative types of leadership styles. However, under the circumstance of same types of leadership styles of commander and vice commander, an in-depth exploration showed that democratic leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders had significantly better effects on team performance than did authoritarian leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders.
