摘要


本研究為探討樂齡教師教學反省歷程之研究並以,樂齡教師為研究為對象。首先進行 文獻之歸納與分析,而后依據研究目的,採用質性研究法是採用半結構式訪談法,予以 整理分析。 本研究獲致的結果如下: 1. 會進行教學反省的原因,主要是對於教學的一種基本信念與態度。 2. 反省是對於教師個人的反省與檢討,對於每一次上課的內容與方式進行反思,找 出適合高齡學習者適合學習的策略。 3. 透過反省可以幫助自己在教學策略上有系統與全面性的思考,瞭解學習的對象屬 性,安排適合教材內容,以及不斷地進行教學的修正等。 本研究依據上述的研究結果提出本研究的建議: 一、樂齡教師個人方面 1. 樂齡教師必需將反省視為應盡的天職 2. 樂齡教師將自己視為教育知識的生產者 3. 樂齡教師與學習者應開闢多元的溝通管道 4. 樂齡教師應有的教學態度與信條 二、樂齡教育相關機構之建議 1. 提供定期研習進修的課程 2. 機構應與教師保持密切的教學合作關係 3. 建立教師教學評鑑制度,幫助教師自我反省 三、對未來研究之建議 1. 增加研究對象的多元性 2. 研究方法採質性與量化並行

This investigation is going to study the teaching progress review of the senior lecturers and the investigation objects are aimed at senior lecturer. First of all, according to literatures the investigation analysis and summarized to a result. Then follow the purpose of the study, by using qualitative research method, applying semi-structured interviews to analysis. The conclusions of the investigations are the underneath: 1. The reasons to investigate of teaching introspections are mainly focused on the basic philosophy and attitude of the teachers and students. 2. Teaching introspections is regarding lecturer’s personal heart-searching and review, is review the teaching contents and teaching method of every class. Thereby, to discover and optimize a suitable method on senior citizen's education. 3. Through introspections may establish effective system and comprehensive thinking on teaching ploy, understand the properties of the students to arrange proper education content and continually corrects on education methods. According to the results of the above investigation, proposed the suggestions in this research: 一、 Regarding the personal of senior lecturer 1. The introspections must be taken as the senior lecturer’s obligation and responsibilities. 2. Senior citizen lecturer must consider himself as the producer of the education knowledge. 3. Between the senior lecturer and learner must created diverse communication channels. 4. Well education attitude and correct principles are necessary required conditions of senior lecturer. 二、 The suggestions for the relative organizations 1. Offering regular advanced study courses 2. Between the education organizations and lecturers must keeps well cooperation relationship. 3. Established teachers estimation system to assist senior lecturers on self-review. 三、 The suggestions for the future studying 1. Increase variety in the research object. 2. Adopted qualitative and quantitative in the parallel study way
