嘉義縣國民中學導師工作壓力與工作倦怠關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國民中學導師工作壓力與工作倦怠之現況,瞭解不同背景的導師知覺的工作壓力及對工作倦怠感受程度差異情形,並進一步探討兩者之相關性,最後歸納研究結果,提出具體建議,期能提供教育行政單位、學校、國中導師及未來研究之參考。 本研究係以嘉義縣公立學校國民中學導師為主要研究對象,採問卷調查法,以自編之「嘉義縣國民中學導師工作壓力問卷」及黃芳銘、陳銘峰之「教師工作倦怠問卷」為研究工具,採立意取樣方式,抽樣調查對象為嘉義縣25所學校,共計回收有效問卷365份,續以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,並獲得以下結論: 一、嘉義縣國民中學導師的工作壓力屬中等程度,其中以「教育變革」的壓力感受最高。 二、嘉義縣國民中學導師的工作倦怠屬中等程度,其中以「情緒耗竭」的倦怠感受最高。 三、嘉義縣國民中學女性、40歲(含)以下、大學、輪替制度下的導師知覺工作壓力較高。 四、嘉義縣國民中學女性、大學、輪替制度下的導師知覺工作倦怠感較高。 五、嘉義縣國民中學導師最常使用之因應策略依序為「檢視問題並尋找解決之道」、「與同事討論解決方法」、「尋求學校行政支援」。 六、嘉義縣國民中學導師知覺工作壓力愈大,其工作倦怠感愈高。 最後,根據研究結論提出具體建議,以供教育主關機關、學校單位、國中導師及未來研究參考 關鍵字:導師、工作壓力、工作倦怠

The purpose of the study is to investigate the current condition and relationship between job stress and job burnout for homeroom teachers in junior high school in Chiayi County and how they are different with environment and background variables. The homeroom teachers in the junior high school in Chiayi County were the matrix. Questionnaire survey was capitalized on. A sampling survey was applied by means of the questionnaire made by the researcher and Huangs.365 pieces of questionnaire were effective among the 405 pieces issued to 25 junior high schools. Descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Person’s product-moment correlation were utilized to analyze the data and to draw the conclusions as the following: 1. The junior high school homeroom teacher’s job stress is at the intermediate level, and the dimension “reformation of education “scored the highest. 2. The junior high school homeroom teacher’s job burnout is below the intermediate level, and the dimension “emotional exhaustion“ scored the highest. 3. As regards the effects that the personal background variables had on the level of job stress, statistically significant differences were found in terms of “gender” ,‘“education” and ” the reason of being a homeroom teacher”. 4. As regards the effects that the personal background variables had on the level of burnout, statistically significant differences were found in terms of “gender” ,‘“education” and ” the reason of being a homeroom teacher”. 5. Among various ways of coping strategies, ”seeking the ways of problem solving” is used most often, and then ”discussing the ways with colleagues” and ”seeking for the support of administrative teachers” 6. There are positive correlation between the homeroom teachers’ job stress and job burnout. From the above findings and conclusions, some suggestions can be made as reference for educational administrative institutions, school administration, elementary school tutorships, and further study in the future.
