以繪本進行性別平等教育課程發展之行動研究

摘要


本研採用行動研究,以八本性別平等相關繪本,配合教育部所公佈的性別平等議題課程之能力指標,編擬一套適合國小四年級學童之性別平等教育課程方案,探討以繪本進行性別平等教育之課程發展歷程。本研究資料蒐集包含課室觀察、教學省思紀錄、訪談紀錄、學習單、回饋單等,以質性研究的方式進行資料的整理、比對與分析,藉以了解學生的學習情況以及教學實施的成效。 根據本研究課程實施的結果,歸納結論如下: 一、在教師團隊的合作下,性別平等課程依據學生實際需求與學習狀況不斷進行調整與修改,發展成四個單元,在既有課程架構下彈性實施,能有效進行性別平等教育課程。 二、課程實施強調以學生為學習中心,讓學生藉由討論、批判、思考、質疑、對話、釐清、發現的歷程,幫助學生重新建立性別平等觀念、發展性別角色觀點。 三、性別平等課程的實施幫助學生在性別角色觀念上產生不同程度的轉變,並在生活實踐中持續發酵。 四、課程實施後,教師對性別平等更具敏覺力,教學專業能力也有所提升。 最後,根據上述研究結論,本論文亦提出相關建議,供教育行政機關、教師、後續研究做參考。

By adopting action research method, this study compiles a set of gender equity education curriculum based on 8 picture books about gender and is used for fourth grade elementary school students. The curriculum project is designed according to related literature and the Competence Indicators, which is to explore the process of the gender education with picture book. The method of data collection includes recording of classroom observation, teacher’s reflective journals, teachers’ and students’ interviews, students’ worksheets and feedback forms etc. By applying qualitative research to compare and analysis these data, the writer can get students’ learning situations and teaching effects. From this study, the conclusions are drawn below: 1. Under the cooperation of the teacher team, the adjustment and correction of the gender equity education curriculum is proceeded constantly according to the practical requirement and learning circumstance. The curriculum is developed into four units, and been implemented flexibly under the existed course structure to proceed the class efficiently. 2. Let the student be the learning center is emphasized during the course implement, by ways of the process of discussing, criticism, thinking, questioning, conversation, clarify and discovering, help the student rebuild the concept of gender equity and develop the perspectives of gender character. 3. The implement of the gender equity curriculum helps the student produce different degrees of change on the concept of gender character, and growing continuously at the daily life. 4. The study improves the teacher’s sensitivity of gender equity, and promotes the teaching capability. Finally, according to the study results, the writer provides some ideas and suggestions as a reference for the educational organizations, teachers and other researches in the future.
