少子女化之危機已經嚴重影響國家發展,尤其國家發展委員會人口推計指出最快2019 年我國人口邁入零成長,故生育政策及相關措施更需周全的擘畫,而育嬰留職停薪措施為其中一環。對於受法律保障而收入相對穩定的公務人員來說,增產報國便成為重要指標,爰本研究配合2014年銓敘部就育嬰留職停薪情形調查予以彙整後,以雲林縣衛生局暨所屬衛生所同仁為訪談對象,從中瞭解同仁對於育嬰留職停薪措施的看法,希冀分析結果的兩大類面向共計十一點建議,能作為政府施政的參考。
Little children of the crisis has seriously affected the national development, especially in developing countries, National Development Council pointed out that the fastest population count in 2019 to push our country into the zero population growth, therefore, it is even more comprehensive arrange to hav fertility policy and related measures, and parental leave without pay measures is one part. For protected by law and a relatively stable income public servants, the increase to serve the country has become an important indicator of the present study with Yuan. After the organization of the parental leave without pay situation surveied by Ministry Of Civil Service in 2014 ,this research aggregate the interview on Public Health Bureau Yunlin County and Public Health Center ,understand about colleagues view of parental leave without pay for measures, hoping the analysis results for a total of eleven point into two categories, it can be used as reference for government policies.
