近幾年具備自動對焦模組之手機相機已成為基本配備,其主要功能為調整焦距改善成像的品質,而音圈馬達有成本低、體積小、及定位重複性高等優點,故市售之手機相機模組皆使用音圈馬達,本論文將研究與設計應用於手機相機之音圈馬達。 隨著智慧型手機越來越普及消費者對手機之性能要求也越來越高,故近年來各家手機大廠如:Nokia、HTC、Apple…陸續從2012年年底推出具備自動對焦與光學防手震之手機相機,而近期最新推出具備光學防手震的手機相機為Apple的iPhone 6 Plus,而現今最火紅的手機相機大廠也跟著趨勢推出具備光學防手震之手機相機,相信在未來光學防手震之相機模組將會越來越普及,故本論文會針對手機相機光學防手震模組Nokia Lumia 920做逆向工程,且針對其結構做模擬與分析,並且藉由閱讀大量文獻,本論文也提出一款新型的手機相機模組,且針對其結構做模擬與分析且做最佳化設計,降低整體相機模組尺寸、提升其效能,使其效能更接近市場需求。
These days, autofocusing (AF) adjustment is very basic device in cell phones. It is a mechanism for high-quality imaging, and the voice coil motor (VCM) actuator is most popular for commercial cellphone camera modules, because it is low cost, high repeatability, and small size. When smart phones become more common, demand of consumer for cellphone camera modules is harsher. As a result, many cell phone manufacturers (for example Nokia, HTC, Apple…etc.) all issued new smart phones with optical image stabilizer (OIS) mechanism since 2012, and even the most popular cell phone manufacturer“Apple”issued the latest smart phone “iPhone 6 Plus” with OIS mechanism. We believe that the smart phone with OIS mechanism will be more common in the future. Therefore, this thesis research and analyze the OIS cellphone camera modules. In the thesis, we first perform reverse engineering including electromagnetic simulation and structural analysis for Nokia Lumia 920 camera module. We then propose a novel OIS cellphone camera module for satisfying the small size and high performance. In order to fit the market demand, the design optimization of the proposed OIS cellphone camera module is performed to improve its efficiency by using simulation methods. The simulation results show that the proposed OIS cellphone camera module has excellent characteristics.
