台灣扣件產業轉型高值化之探討

摘要


台灣扣件產業受到國際環境的變遷,面臨轉型升級的壓力,整體產業不得不朝向高附加價值產品方向發展,台灣扣件產業整體供應鏈相當完整,全世界很難找到這樣完整的產業聚落,然而業界如何轉型發展高值化產品這需要深入研究及探討。 台灣扣件產業轉型高質化之探討,是本研究的主題。 本研究分別以產業內容分析,產品生命週期分析,SWOT分析為架構基礎,目的是如何進行產業轉型升級,提升產業附加價值。以深入訪談的方式取得學者,專家及產業界的實務經驗感想與心得,並搜集參考初級,次級資料,藉由文獻來分析探討: ㄧ、發掘台灣扣件產業發展趨勢與產業競爭的劣勢與優勢分析。 二、研究並實證台灣扣件產業面臨營運挑戰及轉型高附加價值產業的問題。 三、藉由文獻,理論與實務分析探討及提供台灣扣件產業相關經營管理者意見,並針對後續研究者提供未來可研究之方向和建議。 本研究發現 一、台灣扣件產業以中小企業為主要架構,產出產品附加價值不高,產業進入門檻低扣件業必需積極轉型朝高附加價值扣件方向發展,業者要培養研發能力開發高附加價值產品以提升產業競爭力。 二、轉型高附加價值扣件產品朝少量多樣如航太扣件,汽車扣件及高強度高效能的特殊扣件,尤以汽車扣件為主要發展方向。 三、探討未來扣件產業發展的策略定位,來發揮核心技術與能量優勢,經由公會資訊平台尋找適當合作夥伴及客戶,並創新研發提升附加價值,尤其是公司內部經營管理及如何培養新世代產業接班人,專業經理人的傳承更是重要。期許未來台灣扣件產業相關業者都能轉型成功,生產出更高附加價值的扣件。 關鍵詞:轉型高值化,螺絲扣件,生命週期,SWOT

Taiwan fastener industry has been changed by the international environment, facing pressure to upgrade. The whole industry has to go ahead towards the development of high value-added products. Taiwan fastener industry has a quite complete supply chain that is difficult to be found in other countries. However, how to restructure its high value products requires further study and discussion. This article will discuss on how to restructure high-quality fasteners in Taiwan industry. This research based on the framework of content analysis on Taiwan fastener industry, product lifecycle, SWOT, is targeting how to upgrade fastener industry and enhance the added value of the industry. Based on analysis from scholars and experts and practical experience by in-depth interviews, the collection of primary and secondary data analysis, as well as references, this article will discuss on: I. the exploration of Taiwan’s fastener industry trends, advantages and disadvantages of industrial competitiveness; II. the research and empirical study on the operation of Taiwan fastener industry, and the problems of the transformation of high value-added industry; III. analysis by references, theory and practical experience, and the views on Taiwan fastener industry provided by operators, and further research direction and suggestion. The study shows that: I. Small and medium-size enterprises are the main parts of Taiwan fastener industry. Because of low value-added products and low barrier entry, this industry must find a way to achieve high added value and improve capabilities to develop high value-added products, in order to enhance industrial competitiveness. II. Taiwan’s fasteners such as aerospace fasteners, automotive fasteners and special fasteners with high strength and high performance need to be produced in various types by smaller scale of production, automotive fasteners in particular. III. Exploring the strategic position of Taiwan fastener industry to make effective use of core technology and energy advantage. Finding right partners and customers on association information platform and innovating R&D to enhance added value, especially company's internal management, the training of new generations and professional managers. Hope that Taiwan fasteners market will achieve industry transformation in the near future and create higher value-added products. Keywords: Transformation for high value, Fasteners, Lifecycle, SWOT
