本研究因應全球汽車產業的發展與新能源車輛的崛起,加上國際扣件企業併購與技術提升的威脅,探討台灣汽車扣件產業必須正視的競爭問題與建議方向。長期臺灣汽扣產業發展多屬Tier2下的OEM製造商,因此必須思考如何升級轉型並提供客戶創新的服務模式。台灣汽扣產業若區分為兩群,一為具有國際通路與進入車廠供應鏈者,另一群為台灣扣件產業聚落的中小企業。研究結果指出,具有國際通路與車廠供應鏈者,應積極思考如何朝跨國併購的方式來強化生產技術、產品創新與研發能力、國際化人才資源、先進物流與配貨、縮短行銷與服務通路等,快速提升自己的國際競爭能力與能見度。產業聚落的中小企業除了在國內外尋求上下游供應鏈的整合,也必須升級至特高品級的特色化產品市場,並以高值化後的再優化為目標。
In response to the development of the global automotive industry and the rise of new energy vehicles, threat of international merge and acquisition, also technological upgrading, this study explores the competitive issues then provide suggested directions to automobile fastener suppliers in Taiwan. The long-term development of Taiwanese automotive industry is mostly an OEM manufacturer under Tier2 level, so it is necessary to give a serious consideration and think about how to upgrade the transformation and provide customers with innovative service models. The automotive fastener supplier in Taiwan are divided into two groups, one is an international channel and enters the vehicle supply chain, and the other is a small and medium-sized enterprise who may or may not have direct export business and experience. The research results indicate that those with international channels and automotive supply chains should actively think about how to strengthen production technology, product innovation and research and development capabilities, international talent resources, advanced logistics and distribution, shorten marketing and service channels, etc. To quickly improve their international competitiveness and visibility. In addition to seeking integration of upstream and downstream supply chains within fasteners industrial village, SMEs in industrial clusters must upgrade to a high-grade specialty product market and aim at re-optimization after a higher value implementation.
