多軸工具機由於可以生產精密工件,且減少成本,所以近幾年被大量的使用在加工製造,有助於高良率、高品質、高精度的零件生產。由於近年節能減碳,環保意識抬頭,綠色以及持續性的議題備受關注,因此如何在多軸工具機上實現環保以及可持續性,勢必是未來趨勢,本研究亦是著墨於此。 本研究主要探討多軸工具機因為機器結構的不同,所導致各軸重量不同,進而使得同樣的工件,使用不同路徑進行切削,所需要的能源損耗亦不盡相同,因此我們預期藉由此方法找到能源損耗較佳的路徑,進而達到節能減碳、環境的可持續性。 本研究使用Matlab編譯程式規劃實驗中所需的細插補點,並將其細插補點結果用於五軸工具機上進行切削模擬,進而量測各軸馬達的資訊計算能量值,並選出其較佳解,與我們所預測結果相同。
Because of the multi-axis machine tool can produce precision workpieces and reduce costs, so last few years has been a lot of use in manufacturing, contributes high-yield, high-quality, high-precision component production. In recent years, carbon reduction issues, rise of environmental awareness, green and sustainability issues of concern, how to achieve environmental protection and sustainability on multi-axis machine tools, is bound to be the future trend, this study also was focus about taht. This study focused on multi-axis machine tools because of the different structure of the machine, resulting in different weight for each axis, thus machining the same workpiece, using different tool paths, the energy demand does not the same, so we expect by this method find a better way of energy consumption, thus achieving carbon reduction and environmental sustainability. In this study, simulation results for using a fine interpolation point on the five-axis machine tools, and then measured for each axis motor information to calculate the energy demand. Select its optimization solution, the results of path would be tantamount to our propose.
