影響護理人員使用「入院護理評估資訊系統」意向之研究

A Study on the Factors Influencing Nurses’ Intention to Use Admission Assessment Nursing Information Systems

摘要

近年來護理人力短缺、加上病人安全與醫療品質持續受到重視，本研究個案醫院藉助資訊科技的協助，將入院護理評估表單電子化，以因應這個趨勢。護理人員於系統內輸入評估資料，醫師查看後直接於系統參考後開立診斷、用藥、處置等，而跨團隊照護成員亦可於系統查閱後，擬定復健、營養、傷口照護計畫，有助提升團隊溝通效率並提供病人個別性的照護。
本研究以Venkatesh and Davis(2000)所提出之延伸的科技接受模型為基本架構，參考相關文獻、並訪談病房護理人員對入院護理評估系統的使用經驗，推導出可能會影響系統使用者的相關情境因素(如：工作負荷、認知行為控制等)，試圖探討護理人員使用系統後的感受及使用意向。
採實體問卷調查方式取得實證資料進行驗證，調查對象為中南部一家區域教學醫院的病房護理人員，共回收151份有效問卷，以SPSS及AMOS軟體分析、驗證假說模型，研究結果如下列：
1.主觀規範、知覺易用性、知覺有用性及認知行為控制對系統的使用意向有正向影響。
2.工作相關性及知覺易用性對知覺有用性有正向影響。

In recent years, shortage of nurses, patient safety, and quality of medical care have become critical issues of hospital management and information technology played an important role is alleviating the negative impacts of the problems. The case hospital is this study implemented a hospitalized patient admission assessment system to assist its nursing staff to enter data and doctors to establish medical diagnosis, treatments, and disposals. The care team members across the system can also view the formulation of rehabilitation, nutrition, and wound care plan.
This study, based on the extended technology acceptance model (TAM2) proposed by Venkatesh and Davis in 2000 and interviews of ward nurse users of the admission assessment system, added workload, perceived behavioral control, and other variables to explore factors affecting users’ intention to use the system.
A questionnaire survey was conducted in a teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. 151 valid questionnaires were collected from ward nurses. AMOS was employed to analyze and verify the hypothesis model. The findings are as follows:
1. Subjective norm, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived behavioral control had positive effects on intention to use.
2. Job relevance and perceived ease of use had positive effects on perceived usefulness.
