近年來醫療保健新知發展迅速,醫療專業人員的隱性知識變成是醫院的核心競爭力,為了並增進醫療體系本身的競爭力,各醫院紛紛導入知識管理系統以利組織內部知識管理。在醫療照護體系中,護理人員占專業人員比例最多的,對於護理人員持續運用系統之意圖與影響因素為何,是醫療機構必須重視的議題。 本研究以DeLone and McLean(1992) 所提出的資訊系統成功模式為基礎,並採取文獻回顧的方式,歸納出系統品質與資訊品質的衡量變數,並考慮知識管理系統的特性,增列知識品質因子。此外,使用者亦扮演相當重要的角色,因此本研究另加入使用者的滿意度、認知有用性之因子、使用者的知識分享意願以及其促進因素與阻礙因素。 研究採用問卷調查法,並以衛生福利部部屬醫院之護理人員為蒐集對象,蒐集到312份有效問卷,透過結構方程模式分析資料。研究結果如下: 1.系統品質正向影響使用者滿意度。 2.知識品質與使用者滿意度正向影響認知有用性。 3.信任與認知有用性正向影響知識分享意願。 4.工作時間壓力與知識表達能力不佳等因素負向影響知識分享意願。 5.知識分享意願與認知有用性正向影響知識管理系統持續使用意圖。 關鍵詞:知識管理系統、資訊系統成功模式、知識分享、持續使用意圖
In recently years, the rapid development of new health care techniques results in the tacit knowledge of medical professionals a core competitive weapon of medical institutions. In order to enhance its competitiveness of health care systems, a hospital has to import a knowledge management system (KMS) to facilitate its knowledge sharing within the organization. In a health care system, medical institutions must pay attention to the factors affecting nurses’ willingness to continue to use the KMS because nursing professionals account for the largest proportion of medical staff. Based on the information systems success model proposed by DeLone and McLean in 1992, this study added knowledge quality as an antecedent of user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Other facilitating and inhibiting factors were also included to explain user's knowledge sharing willingness. A questionnaire survey was distributed to the nursing staff of four hospitals administered by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and 312 valid questionnaires were collected. Structural equation modeling technique was applied to verify the causal relationships among the variables. The results are as follows: 1. System quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction. 2. Knowledge quality and user satisfaction had positive effects on perceived usefulness. 3. Trust and perceived usefulness had positive effects on willingness to share knowledge. 4. Work time pressure and insufficient knowledge representation skill had negative effect on willingness to share knowledge. 5. Willingness to share knowledge and perceived usefulness had positive effect on the intention of continuous use of KMS.
