摘要


本論文主旨在開發永磁同步發電機之無位置感測控制。由於永磁同步發電機反電動勢為三相弦波,且為了有較小的輸出電流總諧波失真率,因此適合採用延伸電動勢法。本論文首先介紹系統架構,包括電流控制、無位置感測器和驅動器的硬體電路設計。會先對電流控制和無位置感測器的設計進行建模和參數估測。接著推導基於空間向量的電流分切合整數位控制與延伸電動勢無位置感測器控制,再由微控器實現此兩種控制方法。首先驗證轉子的速度和位置準確度,然後量測電流波形來驗證所提出的電流控制法,最後在與傳統PI控制法作優缺點比較。 關鍵詞:無位置感測

The position sensorless control for a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator(PMSG) is developed in this thesis. Since the three phase back emf of the PMSG is sinusoidal, and in order to obtain a smaller output current total harmonic distortion, the extended EMF method is suitable. In this thesis, the system configuration including the current control, position sensorless schemes and hardware circuit design of the driver is introduced. The modeling and parameter estimation are performed for the design of current control and position sensorless control schemes. The derivations of the space-vector based D-Σ digital current control and extended-EMF position sensorless control are accomplished. The position estimation and current control are implemented by the microcontroller. The estimation accuracy of the rotor speed and position is first verified . Then the performance of the proposed current control is validated by the measured current waveforms. Finally, the results are compared with the traditional PI current control. Keywords:Sensorless
