摘要 當前政府正積極推動觀光客倍增政策與開放大陸人士來台觀光之際,遊覽車又是陸上大眾運輸重要的運輸工具之一,因此,遊覽車客運業對整體觀光產業發展佔有舉足輕重的角色。由於政府於民國105年實行週休二日措施的實施,刺激了國內旅遊市場,進而更是帶動了遊覽車客運的發展。 在民國97年正式開放大陸地區人民來台觀光,遊覽車數量由11,896輛驟增至目前為止民國105年16,997輛。因為快速擴張遊覽車數量及消費者對遊覽車認識不足的狀況下,業者紛紛購入低成本、短期內回收成本的車輛。 本研究以遊覽車公司為個案主體分析,透過實際案例進一步探討該業者未來的經營方針。 關鍵字:遊覽車、經營方向
For times when government of Taiwan actively implemented the Plan for the Doubling of Tourist Arrivals and allowed mainland tourists to visit Taiwan, tour bus would be one of the most major land vehicles, so that tourism bus carrier would play an important role for the whole development of tourism industry. Because government implemented two days off per week in 2016, stimulated domestic tourism market, and drove the development of tourism bus carrier. The government formally allowed cross-border mainland tourists in Taiwan in 2008, and leaded to increase the number of tour bus from 11,896 to 16,997 till 2016 (民105). Because of the rapid expansion of the number of tour bus, and lacked of knowledge by customers, tour bus companies would purchase tour bus at low cost and recover acquisition cost in short time. The study analyzed the actual case of tour bus to discuss the operating principles of the industry in the future. Keywords: tour bus, direction of management
