硫化銀奈米結構的製備與鑑定

摘要


我們實驗室致力於研究如何在有機相合成途徑以及控制奈米粒子的形狀、大小還有均一性的實驗,在之前的研究中也發現到,在特定的條件下,可利用熱裂解法將有機前驅物(hafc)Ag(PMe3)還原,合成出形狀、大小均一的球狀銀奈米粒子。 本文在探討如何利用一步驟與兩步驟的實驗,來合成出形狀、大小均一的硫化銀奈米粒子。在一步驟中利用硫醇做為界面活性劑,除了控制形狀和大小均一之外,也作為硫的供給者,合成硫化銀奈米粒子。也利用了oleic acid與olelyamine這雙界面活性劑系統下的實驗,前驅物除了(hafc)Ag(PMe3)之外多了硫粉一起反應,也能得到形狀大小均一的奈米粒子。最後在兩步驟的實驗中,取用了先前利用雙界面活性劑做出的銀奈米粒子,再與硫粉一起反應而得到的硫化銀奈米粒子,我們發現當加入硫之後,會幫助奈米粒子重新自組裝而形成形狀大小均一的結構。 在鑑定方面,我們利用穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)來觀察奈米粒子的形狀大小,搭配能量分散光譜儀(EDS)、紫外-可見光光譜儀(Uv-Vis)、電子繞射(ED)、X-ray粉末繞射儀(XRD)來確定硫化銀結構組合。紫外可見光近紅外分光譜儀 (UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer)來觀察硫化銀的放光光譜與激發光譜。 關鍵字:硫化銀

We focus on studying the organic-phase synthetic route to nanoparticles in order to control their particle size, shape and homogeneity. Thermal decomposition of organometallic precursor (hafc)Ag(PMe3) under certain conditions provids the uniform spherical silver nanoparticles in our previous study. In this work, we probe into the one-step and two-step synthetic routes to silver sulfide nanoparticles in order to control their sizes and shapes and homogeneity. In one-step system, we use thiol as surfactant which can control particle size, shape, and provide the source of sulfur. This synthetic route can get uniform silver sulfide nanoparticles. In other case, we use oleic acid and olelyamine to be the surfactant, and we not only use (hfac)Ag(PMe3) but also sulfur to be the precursors. This synthetic route also can get uniform silver sulfide nanoparticles. In two-step system, we use silver nanoparticles prepared by our previous study to reat with sulfur powder. This way also can get silver sulfide nanoparticles. We discover that when sulfur powder adds in the reaction, it can help nanostructures self-assembly again to form uniform silver sulfide nanostructures. The shape and the size of silver sulfide nanostructures were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and Uv-Vis spectroscopy analysis.
