二度就業婦女教育程度、基本心理需求、工作型態與角色壓力關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship Among Education Level, Basic Psychological Needs, Work Type and Role Pressure of Re-Employment Women

摘要

本研究旨在探討二度就業婦女之教育程度、基本心理需求、工作型態對於及角色壓力之關係，採用問卷調查研究方法蒐集樣本資料，以彰化縣二度就業婦女為研究對象，至各勞工處就服台現場隨機發放300份正式問卷，有效問卷275份。在資料分析方面，透過描述性統計、t檢定與單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸分析等方法，檢測本研究問題及假設。
根據本研究結果得知：（一）二度就業婦女基本心理需求滿足之現況為中上程度；（二）二度就業婦女角色壓力感受之現況為中下程度；（三）二度就業婦女會因不同的年齡、前次平均月薪、負責家計與否及教育程度而對基本心理需求產生部分顯著差異；（四）二度就業婦女會因不同的負責家計與否及教育程度而對角色壓力產生部分顯著差異；（五）二度就業婦女之基本心理需求與角色壓力之間具有負相關；（六）二度就業婦女的基本心理需求可以預測其角色壓力；（七）二度就業婦女教育程度對基本心理需求與角色壓力間的關係具有調節作用。
根據上述之研究結果，本研究提出一些建議，以提供二度就業婦女及未來研究者之參考。

The study investigated the relationships among education level, basic psychological needs, work type and role pressure of re-employment women. Questionnaire survey was used to collect sample data, and the re-employment women in Changhua County were selected as participants. A total of 300 questionnaires were randomly distributed to articipants and 275 valid questionnaires were returned. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis to test study hypotheses.
According to the results of this study: (1)Re-employment women’s basic psychological needs were at middle to high level according to the inventory scores ; (2) Re-employment women feel the role pressure at the middle-low level according to inventory scores; (3) Re- employment women had some significant differences in basic psychological needs due to different ages, previous average monthly salary, responsible households and educational level; (4) Re-employment women had some significant differences in role pressure due to different responsible households and educational level; (5) There is a negative correlation between the basic psychological needs and the role pressure of re-employment women; (6) The basic psychological needs of re-employment women can predict their role pressure; (7)The educational level of re-employment women has a moderating effect on the relationship between basic psychological needs and role pressure.
Based on the results of the above studies, the study proposes some recommendations as references for re- employment women and future researchers
