台灣啤酒市場後進廠商經營策略與研究─以台灣青啤公司為例

摘要


本研究希望透過青啤公司,了解台灣當地環境,探討青啤公司進入台灣市場策略及內外部環境評估,尤其從代理進口、建廠生產、品牌沿用到自創在地品牌等議題有較深入的探討。 利用個案方式,了解台灣青啤股份有限公司在台灣市場,如何融入文化、社會與政府政策等面向,並且在經營策略上的選擇和運用,從過程獲取寶貴經驗,作為經營策略之調整。 最後,提供給日後有意或已從事進入台灣市場的企業,在決定企業經營策略方針上,提供一個參考的指標依據。

This research hopes to realize the local conditions of Taiwan through Tsing Beer Company. Try to explore the strategy and understand the inter and outer environment of Taiwan market. To understand how the Tsing Beer Company fits culture, society and government policies in Taiwan market. To selects and conduct strategy to from the setup process which shall be use for future tactic adjustment. Finally, it provides the enterprises intent to get into Taiwan market in the near future. This can be a reference.
