在過去的50年裡,許多文獻都在探討生產線的平衡效能,只有少數的文獻是在研究作業員熟練情況對生產線的影響。本研究依動機與目的,蒐集如生產線、平衡生產線與工作指派等相關文獻,加以整理,並藉著實驗設計與進行,安排不同熟練程度的作業員在不同型態的直線型流程式生產線上的工作站上作業,來瞭解生產線及作業員本身與作業員間效能變化。實驗完成後,依結果進行分析,得到結論為作業員的熟練度對不同型態的生產線的產能、良率表現有顯著影響,其中以在小線與中線時的表現最佳;另若生產線僅能以大線方式安排時,建議將作業瓶頸後移,以降低作業員熟練度對生產線的影響程度,最後,本研究並對後續研究方向做進一步建議,以期充實此領域工作成果。
For the passed 50 years, there were a lot of considerable literatures presented for balancing flow line efficiency, but few articles studied the impact of worker proficiency on balancing a flow line. In this research, we studied and reviewed some articles such as production line, line balancing and work assignment to set up a laboratory experiment to examine the impact of assigning different proficient workers into these lines for understanding the line performance’s variability, within-worker or between-workers differences in performance. After laboratory experiment and data analysis, the study found the impact of worker proficiency has significant effects to the line variability on production capacity and quality, single-operator line and three-operator line would be better than 9-operator line in line performance. Furthermore, to remove slowest worker to rear work station would get lower impact for 9-operator line. Finally, the study offers the possible orientation for future research and hopes can fulfill the results of flow line.
