以心物法比較易碎品及非易碎品最大可接受卸下能力

Comparisons of Maximum Acceptable Weight of Lowering Abilities with Breakable Item and Non-breakable Item Using Psychophysics Approach

摘要


本研究旨在採用心物法來探討不同卸下物品、卸下姿勢與卸下頻率對於最大可接受卸下能力之影響。12位男性大學生被徵募用以進行實驗,自變項包括兩種卸下物品(易碎品、非易碎品)與兩種卸下姿勢(貼身式、不貼身式)及三種卸下頻率(1次/分、2次/分、4次/分),依變項為最大可接受卸下重量、平均溢出水量、心搏上升百分比、握力下降百分比、手臂肌力下降百分比及主觀施力知覺評量。研究結果發現:(1)易碎品的MAWLo顯著低於非易碎品MAWLo;貼身式的MAWLo大於不貼身式MAWLo;(2)卸下頻率對於MAWLo具有顯著的效益,而頻率為4次/分的MAWLo最小(3)平均溢出水量中,頻率為4次/分的溢出量最多(4) 就受試者之主觀施力知覺評量而言,卸下易碎品較卸下非易碎品的主觀施力疲勞程度高。

The aim of the study is to explore the effects of lowering objects, postures and frequency on maximum acceptable weight of lowering (MAWLo) using psychophysical approach. Twelve male college students were recruited in the study. Two different lowering objects (breakable and non-breakable), two lowering postures (next to skin and close to body) and three lowering frequencies (1 lowering/minute, 2 lowerings/minute and 4 lowerings/minute) are investigated in the study. The response variables are the maximum acceptable weight of lowering, the average amount of spilled water, the percentage of heart beats increased, the grip strength decrease percentage, the arm strength decrease percentage and rating of perceived exertion. The study results are (1) the participants lowering less weight with breakable items than non-breakable item, participants with next to skin posture lowering much weight than with close to body posture. (2) Lowering frequencies have significant effects on MAWLo. Lowering at 4 times/min. has minimum MAWLo. (3) Lowering at 4 lowerings/min. has maximum average amount of spilled water. (4) The RPE shows the participants with bigger fatigue when they lowered breakable items.
