高爾夫球具擊球聲音為消費者選購球具的重要因素之一,而擊球聲音與高爾夫球頭之結構參數以及其振動模態特性有相當的關連性,由中發現藉由變更球頭之結構改變擊球聲響品質確實有其可行性,由於設計分析與實驗量測步驟繁雜,又需整合數據,不利於設計變更作業,因此本文旨在建立ㄧ套高爾夫球具聲音預測與實驗量測分析整合模組,使得量測與分析數據能整合進行自動化分析,以達系統化快速之設計需求。本文彙整高爾夫球具設計分析的系統化流程步驟,並發展建置整合性自動化後處理,包括聲音與振動品質指標、振動與聲音關聯性、球頭與球具變異性以及室外擊球聲音與振動特性比較等次模組分析。本文也擬選擇ㄧ種市售公認具好聽聲音品質球具,套用所發展設計分析流程及各分析模組進行驗證分析,並期了解較佳擊球聲音品質特性。本文發展之高爾夫球具聲音量測系統與預測分析模組,將可有效率及系統化探討不同球頭結構之擊球聲音特性,可降低樣品反覆製作與測試之成本,縮短球頭設計開發時程以及掌握實際擊球之聲音特性。
The hitting sound of golf clubs is one of key important factors for consumers to choose their clubs. The impact sound of clubs is known being related to structural parameters and importantly, vibration modal characteristics. In previous work, the sound measurement technique has been established. The design modification for club head to suit target sound spectrum of a golf club is also shown for its feasibility. Since the design analysis and experimental measurement are complicated and involved many steps of operations, the integration of analysis and measurement data is highly desired for fast post-processing and beneficial to design engineers. This work develop systematic approach for the design of preferred hitting sound of golf clubs and build up an integrated module to carry out varieties of analysis functions. Those sub-modules include sound analysis regarding to vibration quality indices, correlation study of sound and vibration, variation of club head and golf clubs, and hitting sound characteristics related to vibration modes. This work also selects a “good sound” quality of the golf club in the market and applies the developed methodology to perform analysis and verification study, so as to define the characteristics of preferred sound. The established integrated module for sound measurement and predication analysis in this work can provide an effective and systematic tool to study the hitting sound of golf clubs and can reduce the cost of producing prototypes and shorten the developing time for golf club design.
