從專利分析探討有機栽培技術發展趨勢─以台灣與中國為例

摘要


有機農業遂成為全球重視的焦點,台灣與中國亦逐漸重視有機農業的發展,然而兩岸在有機栽培技術仍處於萌芽成階段,技術仍尚待突破,因此極需掌握有機栽培技術之發展趨勢,利於明確得知未來技術研發的方向。基此,本研究藉由專利分析探討兩岸有機栽培技術發展情況,以瞭解兩岸技術分佈重點及優劣勢,藉此覓得兩岸有機農業技術未來發展之契機。 本研究將有機栽培技術分作四大類別,並運用APIPA專利分析系統,檢索台灣1970-2008年共718筆、中國1985-2008年共2015筆之有效專利樣本,進行專利地圖分析。研究結果顯示,兩岸有機栽培技術皆主要致力於土壤肥培及病蟲害防治技術的發展,而中國是以結合生物科技作為未來有機農業發展的重要研發方向,台灣僅以肥培管理技術作為此項研發重點。隨著國外先進國家積極投入於農業生物科技之研發,顯然台灣有機栽培技術不應忽視與生物科技結合的必要性,因此建議國內私人企業可與學術研究單位共同合作研發,將生物科技有效運用於肥料製作及病蟲害防治等技術,以利於台灣有機農業的未來發展。

The organic agriculture has become the focus of global attention, therefore Taiwan and China have growing respect for the development of organic agriculture. However, the organic cultivation techniques both in Taiwan and China are still in its primary stage, so the technologies are to be breakthrough. From that the study through the patent analysis to investigate the development trend of organic cultivation techniques in two countries, in order to realize the advantagies and disadvantagies between two countries, and the opportunities of the future development of organic agriculture techniques. In this study, the organic cultivation techniques were divided into four major categories. The scorp of this research includes the Taiwan and China organic agriculture which is correlated with invention patented technologies of organic cultivation techniques from 1970 to 2008 and 1985 to 2008 by APIPA database. The patent number in Taiwan is 718 and the patent number in China is 2015. Through the data analyzing, the patent maps are presented and established. The result shows that organic cultivation techniques are focused on soil fertilizer and pest control technology in the two sides. China based on a combination of bio-technology as the future development of organic agriculture research and development direction, however, Taiwan only as a fertilizer management techniques focus on the research and development. As actively involved in the advanced countries in the agricultural biotechnology R&D, it is obviously that Taiwan should not lose sight of the organic cultivation techniques and bio-technology combined with the need for. Therefore the research recommended that the domestic private sector and academic research units should be proceeding as collaborative of R&D, effective application of biological science and technology.
