本研究依研究動機與目的,以台東縣農會員工為施測對象,並以問卷調查方式與spss統計程式軟體進行實證分析。此間,本研究以變異數分析探討台東縣農會員工人口統計特性在組織文化類型、產業競爭環境與轉型策略三構面是否有差異性,並且藉由路徑分析探討台東縣農會在組織文化類型、產業競爭環境與轉型策略是否有影響關係。 研究結果顯示,農會對組織文化類型、產業競爭環境與轉型策略會因員工學歷、服務年資與個人收入的不同,而有不同的認同程度;並且農會的組織文化類型、產業競爭環境與轉型策略三構面彼此間均有直接和間接的影響關係。最後,本研究進一步針對研究結果提出農會組織文化類型、產業競爭環境與轉型策略之管理與學術意涵,並提出具體可行之建議供政府相關輔導單位及農會組織在轉型之參考依據。
According to the motive and objectives, this study, using members of Taitung Farmers’ Association as respondents of questionnaires and SPSS as statistical software, processed evidence-based analysis. Accompany with variances analysis, whether the demographic statistical characteristics of the members of Taitung Farmers’ Association have divergence in three aspects (organization culture, industrial competition environment, and transform strategies) were investigated in this study. Meanwhile, whether the three aspects listed above were affected by Taitung Farmers’ Association was also investigated by route analysis in this study. The results indicated that farmers’ association will have different recognition degree on types of organization culture, industrial competition environment, and transformation strategies by the difference of academic background, working seniority, and individual income of stuffs. In addition, the three aspects, types of organization culture, industrial competition environment, and transformation strategies of farmers’ association had directly or indirectly mutual influencing relationship. Ultimately, this study will propose practical suggestions, according to the studied results, on the connotation of management and science of farmers’ association organization culture and transform strategies for the references to the consulting institute of government and transformation of farmers’ association organization.
