建構沖壓模具設計之知識管理活動

摘要

有鑑於知識管理多以高科技產業為主，並且需要建構資訊管理系統，鮮少用在傳統產業上，因此，本研究以沖壓模具產業為主，依知識管理來分析模具設計所需之知識類型，從文件管理作業進行知識管理，並以知識管理螺旋做為知識管理核心。
研究規劃知識管理活動在結合面有書籍建檔、建立外部專家作業與建立網路資源作業；內化面有新進員工教育訓練、員工年度教育訓練與外部教育訓練；共同化有設計前會議、設計審查會議、設計變更會議、設計成果討論會議與每週會報；外化面有規範會議記錄及教育訓練心得報告之撰寫方式及內容重點，以及產品與模具之資料庫建檔。

Due to the needs of a well-established computerized information system, knowledge management is major employed in hi-tech industry, not in traditional industry. This thesis, taking stamping die design as an example, investigates the typology of the knowledge required in die design. Additionally, based upon proposes a series of document management activities the knowledge spiral theory, this report to become a core of knowledge management.
The result indicates as follows. The activities, in the dimension of combination being used for knowledge planning, consist of book data filing, creating linkages to external experts and internet resources. In the dimension of internalization, they comprise new-employee trainings, annual employee training, and off-the-job training. Pre-design meetings, design review meetings, design change meetings, design outcome meetings, and weekly meetings are be carried out to form socialization. Finally, stipulate the way of writing and the key-points of the meeting records and the training feedbacks, and to establish a database for the products and the dies in the externalization phase.
