汽車鈑金沖壓模具設計與開發知識管理系統

摘要


全球企業在面對日趨競爭的環境中,由於消費者需求型態的改變,及市場少量多樣化的特性,產品生命週期日趨短暫,因此為了因應這個趨勢,產品開發時程必須有效的縮短且技術必須標準化,才能快速回應市場需求。 現今鈑金沖壓技術已非常成熟,應用層面亦相當廣泛,尤其在汽車製造業裡扮演著不可或缺的角色。目前國內汽車鈑金成形技術已具一定水準,惟新產品開發時間過於冗長,追根究柢在於板金沖壓模具的開發是依據“經驗法則”來進行修模及試模,因此為突破困境及減少人力與時間成本的浪費,如何將專家的設計知識、技術與經驗透過有效的管理、應用與分享,進而提昇組織競爭力,為當前國內各大汽車製造業所重視的議題。 本研究乃結合沖壓模具設計理論相關文獻與業界專家實務經驗,並運用Excel VBA ( Visual Basic of Application )為系統開發工具,將傳統以經驗來開發沖壓模具的過程,透過資訊科技來建置汽車製造業的知識整合與資訊分享之環境,開發出一套沖壓模具設計知識管理系統。且本論文經過實際案例研究結果指出,如果藉由系統軟體的應用,可有效縮短汽車鈑金件的產品開發時程,大幅提升效率和設計品質,並減少人力與時間成本的浪費,促使產業升級,增加競爭力。

The environment is more competitive than before. Due to the change of consumers demand and the market, the life cycle of products become shorter. In order to response to the trend, the schedule of developing products has to be shorten effectively and the technique must to be standardized. These methods can respond to the demand of the market quickly. Nowadays the technique of Sheet Metal stamping is very mature, and the application is widespread, especially in the manufacturing of cars. Automobile technique of Sheet Metal stamping has developed very well, but the developing time of new products lasts too long. The reason is that Sheet Metal stamping die fix and test is based on rule of thumb. To solve the dilemma and reduce the cost of human resource and time, the domestic manufacturing of cars pay attention in how to manage, apply and share the designing knowledge, technique and experience, which is held by experts, in order to improve the competitive of organization. The research is combined stamping die design theory and practical experience experts, and application of Excel VBA (Visual Basic of Application) for system development tools, with the result that the knowledge integration in car manufacturing and information-shared environment by the technology of information, and then it makes changes to the traditional manufacture of stamping die. The result of case study points out that the application of the software system can shorten the product development schedule, promote the efficiency and the designing quality, reduce the cost of human resource and time, upgrade the industry, and let it be more competitive.
