社區生態旅遊運作模式與發展策略類型關聯性之研究-以台東縣卑南鄉泰安村利嘉林道社區為例

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以泰安村、利嘉村社區居民為受訪對象，對社區生態旅遊運作模式與發展策略類型關聯性之研究，本研究採取之抽樣方法係以便利性抽樣之方式，採用現場問巻之方式進行調查所取得之資料。本研究使用SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行，本研究假設之分析、檢定，而主要的統計分析方法為敘述性統計、信效度分析、變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、路徑分析等分析方法。

研究結果顯示，社區居民對發展生態旅遊之看法有相當高支持度具有正面影響；社區居民對生態旅遊認知、態度、基本投入條件、運作模式、發展生態旅遊策略均具有直接與間接關係。整體而言，社區居民對生態旅遊經營發展方式之態度多抱持正面認同程度。此外，建議社區發展生態旅遊時，應持續推廣自然生態保育及生態旅遊內涵，有助於促進其對生態旅遊之態度認同。最後，本研究進一步針對研究結果提出發展生態旅遊與管理意函，並提出具體可行之建議讓當地居民推動社區在地經營發展，以實現經濟、環境及社會永續發展的願景。

According to the motive and objective, this study, using residents of Li-Jia and Tai-An village as respondents of questionnaires on the relationship between community ecotourism operational model and developmental strategy types, processed evidence-based analysis. The sampling method of this study was convenience sampling, and the data were collected by on-site questionnaires. The SPSS 12.0 was used as statistical software to analyze and check hypothesis in this study. The major statistical methods were descriptive statistic, validity and reliability analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, variances analysis, t-test of independent samples, route analysis, and others that were needed in this study.

The result indicated that residents in the community preserved highly advocating attitude and positive influence on the aspects of developing ecotourism. Residents in the community had relevance with the variances (recognition of ecotourism, attitude, basic investing condition, operational model, and strategies of ecotourism development), and had direct or indirect connection with all the variances. As a whole, most residents of the community confronted the model of management and development for ecotourism with positive and affirmative attitude. Furthermore, when giving suggestion on developing ecotourism in community, sustainable natural ecology conservation and connotation of ecotourism should be extended, and it is helpful to the promotion of identification of the attitude toward ecotourism. At last, this study, focused on the research results, proposed the connotation of ecotourism development and management. In addition, this study also brought up specific workable suggestions to local residents and let them driving management and development in local community to make the prospects of economical, environmental, and social sustainable development in the community come true.
