摘要 學 號:N9622014 論文名稱:台東地區番荔枝產業經營關鍵成功因素之探討 總 頁 數:85 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:熱帶農業暨國際合作系 畢業時間及摘要別:97學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:陳科竹 指導教授:林豐瑞 博士 論文摘要內容: 本研究以層級程序分析及專家問卷為分析方法,探討影響台東地區番荔枝產業經營成功重要因素之排序及權重,期能找出影響台東地區番荔枝產業經營關鍵成功因素,以提供經營者及農政輔導單位擬定經營策略之參考。 本研究之研究目的為:1.瞭解番荔枝產業經營概況;2.運用層級程序分析方法找出番荔枝產業經營關鍵成功因素;3.針對本研究結果提出番荔枝產業經營之意涵與建議;4.提供番荔枝產業產農、業者、產銷班經營者與農政單位擬定策略之參考。 本研究專家問卷填答涵蓋對番荔枝產業有相關研究之學者、輔導機構推廣人員、產銷班長及番荔枝產業經營者等專家學者,以提高問卷的準確度。 本研究經整體綜合評估結果,在關鍵成功因素評估構面其權重排序依序為「基本活動」最重要,其次是「支援活動」,第三為「總體環境」,而「產業環境」則為第四。而在關鍵成功因素評估項目選定前五項權重最高之因素排序依序為生產管理最重要,其次是行銷策略,第三為研發創新,第四是技術環境,經濟環境則為第五,作為本研究最主要影響番荔枝產業經營關鍵成功之因素。最後嘗試以所歸納之關鍵成功因素,提出本研究之結論與建議。 關鍵字:番荔枝、產業經營、關鍵成功因素
Abstract Student ID: N9622014 Total Pages:86 Title of Thesis : A Study on the Key Successful Factors of Management in Sugar Apple Industry at Taitung District Name of Institute: Department of Tropical Agriculture and International Cooperation, National Pintung University of Science and Technology Graduate Date: July, 2009 Degree Conferred: Master Name of Student:ku-Jhu Chen Advisors:Feng-Jui Lin This study investigated the alignment and weightings of key successful factors that influenced sugar apple (Annona squnmosa L.) industrial marketing and management by using analytical hierarchy process and expertise validity questionnaire methods. Trying to find out the successful key factors that influenced sugar apple industrial running and management and to offer as a reference to industry runner and bureaus of agricultural administration and consulting for drafting management strategies were the expectations of this study. This study had four major objectives: First, knowing the situation of industry marketing and management of sugar apple. Second, find out the key successful factors for sugar apple industrial marketing and management. Third, according to the results of this study, offer the inner meanings and suggestions for sugar apple industrial marketing and management. Fourth, offering to sugar apple farmers, industry runners, manager of agricultural production and marketing, and bureau of agricultural administration as references for drafting strategies. The questions and answers in the expertise questionnaire of this study covered scholars, guidance and assistance bureaus, extending persons, agricultural production and marketing leaders, industrial managers, and so on experts who sophisticated in the area of industry of sugar apple to enhance the accuracy of this questionnaire. According to the evaluation of the alignment and weightings the entirely integrated evaluation revealed the most important key successful factor was basic activities, and followed by supporting activities, integrated environment, and industrial environment. The top five weighting factors for the evaluation items of key successful factors in descending order were management of production, marketing strategies, innovation of research and development, technological environment, and economical environment. The five factors listed above can be used as the key successful factors that influenced sugar apple industrial marketing and management in this study. At last, following the key successful factors that concluded by this study, the conclusion and suggestion of this study will be proposed.
