近年來,隨著國人對於健康與保健的觀念逐漸重視及台灣食品生物技術產業發展,國內許多食品企業紛紛投入生技食品產業。因而造成廠商過多,導致市場競爭劇烈,產業整體成長趨緩,更有不少食品生技企業選擇退出市場,或有經營不善而倒閉。為此,本研究之研究目的分別為:1.了解台灣食品生物技術產業概況;2.找出食品生物技術產業之關鍵成功因素;3.提供相關產業經營者及政府相關單位擬定策略之參考。 本研究以波特的鑽石模型,經國內學者修改後之「五角鑽石模型」為本文之理論基礎,利用次級資料、相關文獻的蒐集、專家深入訪談資料及AHP層級分析方法,找出台灣食品生物技術產業之關鍵成功因素。 經本研究分析,台灣食品生物技術產業之關鍵成功因素最高前三者依序分別為「國人保健養生觀念的興起」、「高齡化社會的形成」、「母企業的支持」。而發展策略為差異化策略、市場區隔策略及集中化策略。
In recent years, while the people stress the importance of the health care and the Taiwan food-biotechnology industry develop fast, many foods enterprises have invested in biotechnology foods industry. Consequently, market competition becomes more intense, the industry grows slowly, and many foods enterprises choose to withdraw from the market or choose to go bankrupt. The research goals in this research are: 1. to understand the Taiwan Food-biotechnology industry situations; 2. to find out the key success factors of Taiwan Food-biotechnology industry; 3. to propose the strategies for the industry and government. Based on the “Pentagon Diamond model” modified from Porter’s Diamond model, the research structure was derived. Using the secondary data, related references, expert interview data, and AHP analysis method, the key success factors of Taiwan Food-biotechnology industry were found out. After this analysis, the three key success factors of Taiwan Food-biotechnology industry in orders are “the raising of the importance of health care concept”, “the formation of the aged society”, and “the support from parent company”. And the development strategies are differentiation strategy, market segmentation strategy, and focus strategy.
