摘 要 學號:M9432018 論文名稱:應用田口法及反應曲面法於科氏力式質量流率計準確性改善分析 總頁數:81 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:機械工程學系(所) 畢業年月:2008年1月 學位別:碩士學位 研究生:張簡仁欽 指導教授:劉 思 正 博士 論文摘要內容: 本文探討科氏質量流率計準確性改善的方法。論文中首先介紹科氏質量流率計的原理和及雙U型管科氏質量流率計的基本架構;接著利用TRIZ法進行科氏質量流率計的準確性改善分析,找出主要控制因子作為雙U型管科是質量流率計的準確性分析的實驗控制因子,採用實驗設計法包括田口法和反應曲面法來探討控制因子對科氏質量流率計的準確性影響,經實驗結果發現科氏質量流率計的最佳化因子在基準下移10cm,頻率在63.8的時候有最小的誤差率,且兩個感測器的安裝位置影響性對科氏質量流率計有極大的影響力。

Hsu-Jeng Liu The Contents of Abstract in this Thesis: This paper discuss method that accuracy improvement analysis of Corilis mass flowmeter. The first, in the thesis to introduce the principle that Corilis mass flowmeter and base structure of double U tube Corilis mass flowmeter; Then use TRIZ method to carry on accuracy improvement analysis of Corilis mass flowmeter, and find main factor to be control factor of experiment for accuracy improve analysis of double U tube Corilis mass flowmeter. Adopt experimental design method include Taguchi Method and Response Surface Methodology to discuss accuracy effect of control factor of Corilis mass flowmeter, The optimization factor of Corilis mass flowmeter by experiment result that sensor shifts down 10cm in the datumand and frequency at 63.8 have minimum error rate, and set position effect of two sensors for the Corilis mass flowmeter have maximum effect.
