探討地下配電纜線鋪設工程之減廢策略

摘要


電是民眾生活中必備的元素,但是隨著經濟水平的提昇,民眾對電的要求已經不僅在於用電,而是提高對供電品質的要求。因為如此地下配電系統的供電模式,才在近幾年大量地被採用在輸配電工程上。地下配電系統之投資固然高於架空配電系統,但是地下配電系統有很多優點是架空配電系統所不及,如不受安全距離限制、不受颱風與外力侵害及環境美化等。同時對供電品質的提昇,也有著極大的助益。本研究著眼於因電纜本身不易回收再利用的特質,如何在鋪設時減少用量,以較少的纜線使用量,卻能取得相同的供電容量及供電品質。本研究主要係比較兩種施工方式(直埋式與管路式)在相似供電容量的條件下,何種施工方式能有較佳的減廢效果。同時推估在不同施工工法下,所減少的廢棄物產出量。並比較在不同施工的工法下,對人力與機具使用量的差異性,進而推估出其兩者間的減量效果。統計結果顯示,直埋式的廢棄物產出量比管路式減少約25%。

The electricity is a indispensable element in the people's lives. As the promotion of the economic level, people's requisition for electricity has not only lain in using the electricity but also ask to improve the quality of power supply. Therefore the power supply way of underground distribution system is adopted on the power transmission and distribution project generously in recent years. The cost of the underground distribution system is higher than the impracticable distribution system, but the underground distribution system has many advantages;no distance restrain, not affected by typhoon and external force, and the environment is beautified. This study focused on think how to reduce consumption while laying of underground distribution system, but can make the same capacity and quality of power supply. This research compares two kinds of different construction ways ( the burying type and direct pipeline type ) with a similar conditions, which one can be better reducing in wastes. Estimate it under different worker laws that constructs at the same time, the producing amount of discarded produce reduced. Compare it under different worker laws that constructs, to the difference between manpower and consumption of machines, estimate out its decrement efficiency between the two. According the result Burying type wastes could reduce 25 percent than pipeline type.
